When I visited this location, it was incredibly busy. We had to sign in and wait. However, the clerks seemed to keep things in pretty good order despite the wait. Since I had everything filled out with photo taken in advance, once my name was called, the process went fast and smoothly. The clerks were polite and seemed to be in a good mood despite the crowd of people. All things considered, they did a great job.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but every time I come to this location I have a bad experience. I’m quiet and speak respectfully every time I come in, which has been 3 times in 5 years. Everytime the employees are rude to me and make no attempts to help me. I don’t know what I’ve done to offend them but it seems most other customers also have this problem.

We were walk-ins to apply for the passports on Saturday. The information on the website was confusing, so we weren’t sure if the location was open and was accepting appointments only or not. Hamidou helped us to apply for the passports, double checked all the documents and was very thorough!

Toni was amazing! I walked in for a passport and she told me exactly what to do and I was out in less than 5 minutes! She is knowledgeable, quick and efficient and super friendly!

Excellent. No appointment necessary, just bring your proper documents. Photos taken there, paperwork filled out and signed. Pay and go. No problem No wait.

Took me 5 minutes to do all the paperwork, get the photo taken and leave. Make sure you read what documents you need to have and it's a piece of cake

I went right at 8am. It was a very pleasant experience. I got my passport. I had all my documents together and filled out the form. It made the process go fast. I was done within 10 mins.

I have a highly time-sensitive legal document that was sent to this location for some reason - it was addressed elsewhere but found out it was sent here. I can’t get ahold of a single person at this location for a week straight to confirm or deny that my document is here. I don’t live in the state so I can’t just pull-up. It’s costing me hundreds of dollars and hits to my credit score by this not being handled properly! I should at least be getting an email back regarding this issue : I’ll leave the service requests numbers here in case a responsible adult who works there sees this#60232947#60232861

The darker complexion male that appears to be the manager is HIGHLY rude with his tone of voice, body language, & facial expressions. He rudely asked the other woman working “what is she doing here!?” (directed towards me.) I explained how a mistake was made on my passport, he aggressively replied “oh well we don’t do passports after 4!” I didn’t see any signs around the building stating such. I told him he didn’t have to get smart elic. We exchanged more words and I left.Every other employee I encountered had high mannerism & were very well spoken. I’m unsure why that man was so arrogant but i didn’t like it at all!
