this distribution center is not even 20 minutes away from me and lost mine and my sister rachel’s package. a guy named chad said my sister could call him at any time for any questions regarding the package but my sister has called several times and no body answers the phone. we are not happy and just want our package.

The white lady up front to ship packages unprofessional has a attitude and doesn’t smile did not appreciate that at all told me to buy some tape. She didn’t want to tape my package.

They sent my money order back to me said it was undeliverable , it's Frontier in Cincinnati and the address has Not changed , now I have to pay a late fee 😞

I’ve been waiting for my package for 3days, I was supposed to receive my package by Monday now it’s going on Thursday, I called the post office and they 1st told me are you sure you have a package coming to you and I said Yes! I was expecting a cellphone and I told them it says on your app that my package is out for delivery. OMG! Where in the heck is my package, I believe they either lost it or kept it for themselves!

I make LTL deliveries here frequently. This jerk ignores you when you walk in and after 20 minutes when he decides to acknowledge you, he acts like you should be a mind reader and know all of their (unposed) rules. 1 skid always takes at LEAST 20 minutes to unload. Unpleasant experience every single time.

Made appt for passport and when arrived, found out that meant nothing - it was walk in and sign a roster behind everyone else who didn’t have appts. I was told “it’s like any business, you may have to wait”. They didn’t even ask anyone if they had appts or try to honor those appt times when people asked. Left after finding out someone else who also had an appt had already been there 2 hrs waiting. Don’t take appts if you don’t honor them.

Get off y'all asses and ship out packages...my package was supposed to arrive Tuesday but it took them 5 days to start shipping out the packages.

I started using this as the drop-off location for my business shipments. I ship roughly 150 packages per week. Over the course of 3 weeks this location scanned items in at an average of 4-5 days after drop off and lost at least 5 packages per week.
