I've always had a good experience at this post office. The worker is very helpful, especially if you are kind. It costs nothing to be polite to service workers–just a reminder!

I dropped my wallet when I was going into my house. It fell out of my babies crib. I checked the mail as I went in, no mail. I realized it two hours later I dropped it. Ink ee exactly where it fell out. I went to retrieve it and it was gone. Mail was delivered though. I ch does the camera and found the mail was delivered in the time I dropped it and went to retrieve it, no one else walked by. USPS has no integrity.

This is a dirtypoorky managed post office. Lobby opens at 830 and 40 minutes later doors are still locked. Not only can you not mail packages, you can't even check your mailbox. The hours here are awful, not weekend service neither. At 912am nine people are waiting and the doors are still locked. The windows are filthy, tore up postings in the window. This is an example of the USPS?!

The worker "Baby Carter" if I remember correctly was so amazing!!!!! She had a rude customer, and she was not even phased. She also helped me so much with a return and was just so pleasant. This lady needs to get a raise, employee of the year!!

I’m embarrassed I don’t know her name. She’s been so nice to me over the years. Often doing extra little things I know she doesn’t have to.
To the folks complaining… you should only know what it was like when the battle-axe that was there before her commanded the “shop”. Now that was dreadful. But with the workload, and the nutty customers with ridiculous demands, I guess I could understand her vitriol.
However, the day that (I promise I will learn her name) took over, life in Clifton Gaslight improved 100%!
I watch, and know that running that post office by oneself is a daunting job. I for one would rather put up with “mail lady” number 1. than lose our Neighborhood post office. But since mail lady 2 took over, quite a few years ago, our post office is nothing but a lovely addition to Ludlow Ave. I’d miss her terribly were she to go.

I have no idea how anyone could post a positive review about this place. The lady operates well until you ask her a question. She’s always impatient and snappy. Huge attitude every time. At some point she even told me “I thought you couldn’t write in English” when I asked her about the appropriate format for an address that had more elements than a standard address. I was with a friend, she actually complimented me for keeping calm in front of that lady. This is a prime example why I prefer to use private courier services than the USPS. They could shot it down for all I care.

the usps is worthless. in today's world, a m'fer shouldn't need to use snail mail. You can pay all your bills online; you can check your disability on line; you can even have a real carrier transport your cards and gifts to those who you are sending them to AND they'll actually receive them in a reasonable amount of time. CANCEL USPS.

What post office doesn’t carry STAMPS? Let’s be real… that’s not a far off concept to actually carry things that you need to ship off items.
