Absolutely terrible customer service. I tried to mail a letter and rather than help, Becky chose to dismiss and ignore me. Becky rolled her eyes before I could even speak. When my letter was a sliver over the 1/4 inch limit, rather than help, she sorted through some envelopes and ignored me. She sighed, rolled her eyes, and had a very negative demeanor from the beginning. I’ve never had a worse experience with someone in customer service and I’ve never had to complain before but this experience was awful. I’d steer clear.

Larry was so kind, above and beyond addressing my missing mail concern. Turns out my property managers negligence is to blame, however Larry is seeing to it that my mail is received being that I am quarantined

Unfortunately I had the exact same experience as Brian Homan did .. a previous review on this site! I find it a coincidence that the same thing happened to me and I did not get the lady’s name but she also shook and began to mash my box ! I was livid because I told her the contents were fragile (handcrafted greeting card) and she still started shaking the box even though I told her there was no glass or anything like that inside. where do they find such rude people to serve the public? If you have to go make it your last desparate option!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced at the post office. I walked inside and stated that I wanted to ship a book out. Becky, the worker, then quizzed me on whether I really had a book in the package. She then stated that they have a right to open up the box and check it and she started shaking the box. She then asked me again if I had a book in the box as if she didn't believe me in the slightest. Rudest postal worker I have ever met.
