Exactly what you would expect from a government agency which loses money every year. Zero accountability at all and if you ask for a resolution, you’ll get a supervisor who only has the ability to highlight a 1-800 number on your receipt. Use a private company for your shipping services. The supervisor actually told me to get out of his store, which is quite ironic, given the taxpayers own the USPS.

I can't say enough about my awesome experience at this Post Office!!! I live in Hamilton Ohio and work in St Bernard. Our local post office in Hamilton is the absolute worst in every way possible. The customer service I received here at St Bernard is awesome the staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure my needs are met. Very clean and maintained!!!

Someone at this post office doesn’t know how to put in tracking numbers! I run a business and everytime I ship something it says delivered in Cincinnati two mins after I ship it thus my customers get worried.

Our regular carrier is the best. Always prompt and very professional. The problem we have is when the regular carrier is off for any reason. Then the service is not very good. Some days not receiving mail at all. June 19th and 20th no delivery at all.

Decent in store experience but currently their number’s also to a hub again can’t figure out which USPS is supposed to pick up from blue dropoff box!?MISSING MAILED PACKAGES!
