The staff isn't what I have an issue with. I went on June 26th to get a stamp and mail off a letter. Well, I just checked my receipt, and I don't have a tracking number. I have been calling both numbers provided since 3:09pm with no answer. My letter has not made it to the important designation and now I have to go back to the post office and either see if they can provide me with the tracking number or try to express my mail since I needed it there before tomorrow 7/8/2025. Such a huge inconvenience.

They are delivering mail that is not mines, one day I received my neighbors mail and she was looking for her water bill. I would write return to sender on the mail and they are not taking it back to the postal service. I'm collecting mail in my mailbox that is not mines and they are refusing to take it back. Now im wrong if I throw other ppls mail away when I have told them over and over that it's not my mail.

Delivered my package to the wrong address tried to call the post office numerous times 15 minutes of bull crap before I could even place a report going to see the postman instead my address is plain to see on the front of my house. Obviously, he did not look at package or address.

I haven't received any mail in over a week and I'm expecting something important. When I call the Norwood post office, nobody answers. I filed a complaint online, but I don't expect anything from it.

Slow service ! The white guy at the front desk is lazy and not helpful . I’ve never had problems any other time or with other people . Does not work well under pressure

4515 Allison St. I really like this post office. The only downside is some of the customers take forever to get a request completed. The lady employee I've seen twice now is extremely professional and knowledgeable about her job! Made it easier for me! Thanks USPS for helping our things reach their destinations!

No one answers the phone at the Post Office. There was a time when our street in Evanston wasn't getting mail in 2 weeks. I called , get no answer had to go to the office talked with the manager, he gave me his number to call if there was a problem again. Now the manager Aaron Lauritson doesn't answer his phone when I call to ask him why our street hasn't received mail ?

My experience at the Corryville Post Office, at 2917 Vine Street wasn't very good for me, because I was charged a late fee for my Post Office Box 19262, and I never got a Bill that it was due, and I felt like it was bad business practices, not letting me know that Payment was due on my Post Office Box. That wasn't Professional. I am 71 Years old, and if I Live long enough, I'll be 72 Years old July 6th., and I do Forget at times. Besides, I pride myself with paying all my Bills on time. I am on a fixed Income. I draw Social Security $1000.00 a month, and I receive $45.00 a month from I.B.E.W. Local 212, for my Retirement Income. That's all I get. I'm at the Poverty Level, hurting. I pray that the Post Office will stop Scamming us Seniors, and provide Better Business Practices. Help !

January 18th of this year I purchased a P.O. Box for
one year at the $354 for both my personal and business mail. I go in yesterday and there is a notice that says my mailbox has been closed due to non payment and these jokers say I gotta wait till Monday and talk to a supervisor because they don’t have access to the system to make any corrections and that everything thing would be returned to sender both business and personal mail.
Unbelievable!
No wonder people hate the post office
