My best friend sent me a greeting card with a gift card inside. She didn’t tell me she was sending it so I was really surprised when I received it. I noticed that the envelope was open when I took it out of the mailbox but just assumed it was opened by mistake . Of course the gift card was missing. She said she for sure put it in the envelope and it was obvious that the envelope contained as gift card. I went to the Harrison Ave branch and the employee working blamed it on anyone but the mail carrier for my car being stolen. She said it could have fallen out downtown at Dalton St or anything. She of course said I had no recourse and the post office was basically not responsible. This example is one of many of missing mail, cards, ect at my address. I get an email preview of my mail, but that never seems to make them responsible when my mail comes up missing. I just gave up…my expectations are fairly low when it comes to getting anything correctly.

The mail carriers at this location will steal your packages. Today I had a package out for delivery, mail carrier was seen on my street yet didn’t deliver anything to my door. At exactly 6:03pm I get an email from the USPS starting my package was allegedly delivered the previous day at 8:13pm. Bull, I had one package delivered yesterday at 3:03pm by a lady mail carrier. I have 3 security cameras on the front of my house and I am home all the time and get my packages as soon as the mail carrier drops it at my door. This is not the first time I have had issues with packages by these mail carriers being marked as delivered at my house never to even get the packages. I file missing mail reports and they all get denied as the package being delivered. This package that was stolen by the mail carrier today was worth $40 and I’m sure I will never get the money back even though it is insured. I don’t know how but they changed the date of delivery to the previous day when it was out for delivery all day today. This is ILLEGAL and FRAUDULENT. I did report this to this issue to the United States Postal Inspection Service. Next I’ll be calling the police to file reports on the theft made by the mail service. IM SICK AND TIRED OF THIS

USPS,HAS IN RUINED MY LIFE IN JUST 3 MONTHS.THEY ARE NOT DELIVERING MY MAIL,AND HAS AN EXCUSE EVERY SINGLE TIME. I DON'T KNOW IF THE CARRIER JUST DON'T CARE,LEAVING IT ON PURPOSE, OR TOSSING IT. I'VE MISSED PRESTIGIOUS PRIVATE HIGH SCHOOL PACKAGES,ACCEPTANCE LETTERS,EVICTION NOTICE,BECAUSE THE DIDN'T SEND OUT MY RENT,AMAZON PACKAGES,IMPORTANT LETTERS,AND CHANGES FROM MY LANDLORD,NEW CREDIT CARDS3),ETC.. I DIDN'T FIND THIS OUT UNTIL RECENTLY, WHEN A SCHOOL CALLED,WANTED THE COMPLETED FORMS. I DIDN'T RECEIVE, AND STILL NOT RECEIVING VERY IMPORTANT MAIL!! THEY ATTEMPTED TO MAIL IT OUT 3 TIMES!! ETC ETC ETC I CAN'T GO ON,THAT'LL TAKE FOREVER. ANYWAY I WISH THERE WAS AN ALTERNATIVE. I AM BEYOND STRESSED OUT,MAD THAT I CAN'T SUE THEM!! Any positive reviews are lying. A person mentioned Donte,yes he called me saying he's a manager. He was zesty,but said it was fixed when it wasn't!!! I HATE USPS!!

Excellent service. In and out in less than ten minutes. Perhaps you can train the Colerain Avenue Post Office that has disastrous customer service.

Absolutely horrible interaction with Dante. I received a text from the USPS and asked him what it meant he then replied it’s not is with the nastiest attitude. Then continued to say “ you got a dummy message for a dummy” horrible representative for the USPS. I heard him laughing as I walked out. I’ll never use this branch again and Dante should be reprimanded for his conduct. It’s a shame he has a job with the attitude that he has.

Every single employee at the desk is fantastic. I never have any issues and they are always so kind! I drop off up to 50 packages at a time and they never give me any rudeness about it! I drive the extra couple of minutes to go to this one over the one on Werk Road just for the customer service! Thank you guys for doing what you do!

Employees are always very pleasant and seem to be working as hard as they can. Yes, there is often a line but they do their best to help each customer all day long, which I really appreciate.

October 2023 GETTING WORSE NOT BETTER!!!!!! USPS NEEDS TO QUIT HIRING LOW LIFES!!!!! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY OUT OD CONTROL!!!! TELL THE LAZY MAIL CARRIER TO GET OUT OF HIS VEHICLE AND WALK CERTIFIED MAIL TO THE HOUSE!!!!!! PEOPLE ARE HOME, JUST TAKE IT TO THE DOOR!!!!!!! USPS DOES NOT HAVE EVENING HOURS AVAILABLE FOR PICKING UP WHAT THE MAIL CARRIER IS PAID TO DO!!!!!!!!!!!! HIRE PEOPLE WITH INTEGRITY!!!!!!!!@May 2023 Another USPS FAIL!!!! Arrived TODAY December 28th. What a joke. Once again. How difficult is it to deliver mail? Pretty sad!!!!!Again and again and again!!! I receive countless mail ripped to shreds!!! Including a wedding invitation AND MY HUSBAND'S W2!!!!!I have a tracking number saying our package was delivered and placed in our mailbox IT WAS NOT!!!! USPS YOU ARE THE ABSOLUTE ULTIMATE FAILURE!!!!USPS GET IT TOGETHER! For years, I had a wonderful mail carrier named Lisa, she was incredible, since she has been off my route, I have had problems on a daily basis. The current Mailman doesn't even have the ability yo shut my mailbox!!!! We never seem to have a problem shutting it so THERE IS NO REASON THIS HAPPENS!!!!! HE LEAVES IT WIDE OPEN FOR ANYONE TO TAKE MY PACKAGES AMD TO GET SOAKED FROM THE RAIN!!!!!!!! THIS HAS TO STOP!!!!!!! WHOEVER IS RUNNING THIS PLACE AND HIRING SUCH LOW CLASS PEOPLE, YOU SHOULD BE FIRES AS WELL!!!!!!! THIS IS GETTING VERY VERY VERY OLD!!!!!!!!!
