They refused to pick up items from my work location. The mail carrier made a visit to my office just to dress me down for making them pick up packages. Kind of your job. Everyone else delivers and picks up here. Not sure why I should assume the UNITED STATES POST OFFICE doesn't pick up there, when their own online form accepted the pick up. Yeah this place horrible and that mail carrier needs to take some empathy classes or see a therapist.

Horrible experience. The women at the front desk were rude. One just looked at me and never said anything the other had a bad attitude. Whyyyy WORK WITH THE PUBLIC IF YOUR GOING TO BE NASTY. YOU APPLIED FOR THE JOB AND GOT IT. I WONT EVER GO BACK IT SHOULD CLOSE DOWN IT

Absolute mess they lost or stole three of my paychecks lost 5 of my packages they are super rude and disrespectful had to go up there to figure out what was going on they had stacks of my mail all over the back room with no explanation as to why it wasn't getting delivered I've literally never experienced such an extreme level of incompetence and lack of professionalism

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I hate to say it but the angry black woman complex resides in this place. The employees are terrible and do not have the patience to help you at all . Needs new employment asap! I’ll never be returning you shouldn’t waste your time with the frustrations of terrible service! Not worth it.

The absolute worst. This is a prime example of government waste. Mail isn't delivered, managers playing instead of managing. Nasty counter personnel. Just horrible. D it deserves no stars.

This post office is horrible. Terrible customer service and mail never gets delivered. Sometimes no mail for days at a time. I mailed two letters to same address one from Mt healthy one from Groesbeck post office. The one from Groesbeck was there in two days the one from Mt healthy took two weeks. Why?
