This has to be the worst post office ever and they’re very disrespectful and your mail will not be delivered on time and sometimes u will loss important, packages and mail the employees just don’t care about the customer service

The absolute worst. This is a prime example of government waste. Mail isn't delivered, managers playing instead of managing. Nasty counter personnel. Just horrible. D it deserves no stars.

This post office is horrible. Terrible customer service and mail never gets delivered. Sometimes no mail for days at a time. I mailed two letters to same address one from Mt healthy one from Groesbeck post office. The one from Groesbeck was there in two days the one from Mt healthy took two weeks. Why?

They are THE WORST post office. They let my outgoing mail (that are the few bills that I still have to pay by check) sit in my mailbox for however long they feel like it, EVEN THOUGH they come to my freaking house to deliver my mail! Yes! The red flag is UP! Which I thought was supposed to mean you had outgoing mail, but evidently I’m confused. So, thank you Mt. Healthy post office for making me late on my bills! It’s super appreciated!

Post Office manager Chris is a person of lower inteligence who does not know the law and he obviously can not be responsible for the post office. There is a poster inside every post office called The Poster 7 which clearly states that filming inside the post office is permitted but this manager Chris, a person with special needs called the police to protected his made up policies and his hurt feelings. Fire him or at least educate him to a bare minimum.

What a joke of a delivery service. I have been simply lied to about the whereabouts of my package to the point that it has been in limbo for a week. Originally, my package wasn't even delivered and was "available for pickup" defeating the whole purpose of a delivery service. The next day I was told my package was delivered(it wasn't), which I guess was an excuse for my package being lost or stolen. I don't even bother checking the parcel box in my neighborhood anymore because I know it won't be there.

I went inside the lobby of the post office to mail a birthday card and an employee greeted me and asked if I wanted him to mail the card. He presented as helpful, polite and professIonal. I handed him the card while in the lobby ( I hope they have cameras) and he proceeded to walk through a door that lead back to employees only. The card was addressed to a local address. My friend NEVER received her birthday card, of course it was a monetary gift. The employee description includes: African American male, heavier set, protruding abdomen, average height, receding hairline and brown skin tone. BEWARE!! He presents as nice but is a thief!! Very sad we can't trust the employees who are supposed to provide customer service.

Walked at the last moment with just a few minutes to spare before close. Had a few questions to ask about the package I wanted to deliver but since I was not sealed addressed and ready for weight to be taken right when I walked in, the attendant said she could not wait on me asked me to leave because they are close.Ridiculous customer service.

Have not had mail delivery for four days.Talked to Supervisor. "Understaffed"That is the excuse of many service companies now.Don't tell me your problem, offer a solution.

Ridiculous. I was supposed to have my package on the 12th. It’s 4:30 on the 15th and my package is still in the same spot.
