The place was dirty. The workers did not care about other people's time. Stood in line for almost 30 mins for a 2 min transaction. And it wasn't even busy. They need to get workers that care about their job and their customers. Worst service ever!!!

The most stressful 3 days sending a $32 envelope I have had in a very long time. Never ever again. Too bad Elon Musk didn't stop by here and close this branch. I think Goodwill Industries could send in a few good replacements here.

USPS is lazy, they have an automated system that refuses to transfer you to an agent when you ask for one. I have been trying to contact a human for 2 hours about 2 packages that should have gotten delivered yesterday (5/27/25), and I still haven't reached any one. I called the company that shipped the packages and it is the fault of USPS as to why my packages weren't delivered. Whoever was responsible for delivering my packages yesterday on my street never attempted to deliver them. I have cameras on the front and back of my house and no postal worker came near here, however they said my house was not accessible for delivery of my packages. Funny last week a USPS driver delivered 3 packages I had to sign for and he had no issues. Amazon put a package on my porch yesterday, and they had no issues. And here's a good question; if USPS can deliver my mail, how is my house not accessible for packages but they were able to deliver packages last week no problem?

I had the worst experience with this post office I have called their 800 number four or five times spoke with different people and it's like the information that is coming is wrong from the customer service department to the actual place on Groesbeck on Colerain pretty much I missed a they're saying that the mailman could not get into my building but they're saying that the mailman only leaves a slip if there's a signature needed so how is that Customer supposed to know that they missed a package and the thing is is that I don't never leave home so I don't even understand how it was even missed when I'm always home then I go up to the post office. I go up there and then there is a manager there I guess named Tim. He sends out another lady you know who she was not very nice at all she was very very very aggressive when I'm only just trying to find out where my where my packages are. She tells me that that there's a new person that has my packages so I go all the way home. I run into the mailman is there he doesn't have them so they're not at the post office they're not with the mailman so where is it so nobody knows and they're acting like they're upset with me when I'm just trying to find something that I paid for and it's sad that you know that that service would be that nasty when you're trying to find something that belongs to you

AVOID THIS LOCATION if you don’t want to donate half your day to waiting in their understaffed lines!!! I’ve never been in here when there’s a line less than 10 people deep; it’s often to the door. I waited 50 minutes when there were 13 people in front of me.

This post office is the worst not only did I have one package that has been hard to get but two first it was a delivery attempt, like how did they attempt it? Than it said it was ready for pick up so I go there to pick it up and the guy tells me it’s out for delivery, than now the second package says it was out for delivery yesterday, maybe I’m wrong but when a package is out for delivery isn’t it delivered that day? Like what is The post office even doing. No wonder everyone prefers Amazon

BEWARE: We shipped 965 cassette tapes of live recordings 4 boxes media mail. They lost one box, then, They charged me a bunch extra on delivery because they found some old t shirts in the boxes used as packing material. This was highly unreasonable!! I filed complaints with usps consumer affairs and they never get back to you! We spent countless hrs dealing with the situation and it was a total fail thru n thru. Usps: you should be ashamed!

I almost canceled my trip to the post office because of such bad reviews, but in reality, I’m giving it a solid four stars. A good office, three employees on a Saturday afternoon.
The lady who was helping me got confused with the addresses, and it took her about 20-30 minutes to enter them into the system. The addresses were a bit complicated (UK boroughs)
, but she was very helpful, patient, and nice.
Honestly, all these USPS offices have long needed a tech upgrade so you could just take a picture of the address, and it would appear in their system. The process takes too long when one person writes it down, and another enters it into the system later.
But the office and the staff were pleasant and helpful.

This review is for the Post Office in Colerain Township Ohio. Not once have I ever had this kind of poor customer service at any other location!
This place is a joke NEVER answers the phone, no matter what time of day you call…Very Very poor customer service to be a government agency. DOES NOT handle customer requests in a timely manner as requested!!!

Lazy employees. Mailman didn't deliver my package. I can only assume because it was raining. Then marked it as "available for pickup," went to this location, and was told, "We don't hold pickup. It goes right back out for delivery the next day. So it'll come today. " I asked why it's still marked as here and not out for delivery and was informed, "That's how we do it." I still haven't got my package. Had to file a claim and go in to mark a new day for delivery. Lazy employees, wouldn't even look for it and act like you're the problem for coming.

I mailed my daughter wedding invitations 3
1/2 weeks ago. We are still having trouble with our guest receiving them. Over half have not been received. I took them inside to mail them to avoid this problem and it didn’t help. Do not use this post office it’s horrible. We have family in colerain and some of them have not received theirs as well.
