I would give 0 stars if I could give 0. Our company has been without mail for over a month now. The first time I went to the post office, they asked me if we had applied for a lock change. My boss sent me down and I wasn't sure about the lock change, and they sent me away saying I 'needed to know' (wouldn't there be a way to look that up in their system to see if someone at our company had applied?). This lady was unfriendly as well. The second time I went, the man I talked to was unfriendly. I applied for a lock change and he was ill-informed on the subject. I ended up having to call a week or so later since the locks had not been changed. They ended up closing out the ticket before the lock was even changed. I had to call them to find this out, they did not call us and let us know. Everyone there seems to be out-of-touch and ill-informed. The lady I spoke with had no idea about our case and had to put me on hold for a while to even figure out that the case was closed (who is managing these people?). They told me they would have our mail sent up to us the next day, as well as the lock changed and the key dropped off at our main office before 4:30. My boss called me the next day to let me know no one dropped off a key. I call the post office back today, and the lady I spoke with had no idea what I was talking about. They told me they would call me back in an hour, which they did not do, and when I called again the line just rang and no one picked up. We have been without mail for a month now. Also, the number that they share online for this location is the operator number, and it took me a very long time to ever speak with a person. After I spoke with someone, they gave me their real number.

A young lady named Rey helped me yesterday. It was packed in the post office and when I tell you I observed Rey smile at every customer she greeted I mean every customer! It was beautiful! There were 2 people working and they both were doing a good job of customer service. I like going to this branch because there’s always plenty of parking.

We believe that someone stole our package, we dropped our package in the Dropbox around 7pm on 6/6, and the package is never been scanned, we went there twice for answer and tell them they can check the camera to prove that we dropped it. They said the camera is for security, it’s not recording ??♀️

Our mailman works long hours. He is reliable and hard working. He always is mindful of kids running around our street. Thanks for bringing our mail!

The women staff in this location are a real treat, snotty attitudes and completely rude demeanor… Someone please let these low life’s know they don’t have to work at the post office, there are plenty of other places your miserable self can go work. Wait for a male staff member to help you at this location, you will thank me.

Their money order machine has been on the broken for months. Sometimes it works sometimes it don't. There is usually one clerk in and a normal wait can be half an hour. This post office is an absolute joke.

Excellent service! I enjoy the small talk and leave with a smile on my face every time ☺️ The PO Box online service center is super convenient too!
