Hidden gem on the lower level of the building that houses Union Township offices.

The Post Office in Union Township is a hidden gem. I have driven past it thousands of times and never knew it existed. The staff were nice and quick and the atmosphere was unique.

Super unprofessional, argumentative and didn't know anything a postal worker should know! Even went as far as to lie and say the place isn't a post office! Should most definitely lose her job!

Dropped off two important packages to ship over 2 weeks ago. Both have tracking on them. They were scanned at the front desk and nothing since. Two weeks now. My packages just seem to have disappeared. Not scanned at the hub or on the way to their destinations. I can’t seem to get any help trying to locate my packages and when I’ve tried to resolve it and tried to get assistance in finding info on what to do now, crickets. I won’t be using this office anymore.

Great for a contract postboffice, but do not go to if you want to use QR codes they can not scan them

I went there today about 120 and they were closed for lunch ?, with 4 people sitting outside the door around waiting to mail stuff, so I left. I've not heard of a post office closing for lunch. Oh well.

Sent multiple packages through on multiple different days. One of the packages was never scanned or anything. And when I asked about it they basically said "oh well you're out of luck". This package was about $200 with the items that were inside and they didn't care or even try to help. I tried to file a claim but I couldn't because they never even put that brought them the package, which leads me to believe the guys stole it.
