They don't actually deliver your mail, but will claim that they did with no evidence. They will lose your mail and if/when you inquire about it, they are not helpful nor care that they inconvenienced you and are responsible for the lost package(s). This is a constant and consistent issue in my area.

Every time I have stopped by this location the workers were helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. It's usually not very busy so its quick to get in and out of. Best experience I have had at any Cincinnati Post Office.
On a personal note, I also love the location.

Pathetic people only post complaints. This is a government operated facility with expected service levels.

Worst delivery service at 45241( sharonville)The one( he/she) who delivers is lazy and does not do their job properly! Even though we are at home, we have our names on the mailbox, she/he returned the mail saying vacant home!! It was an emergency mail and they did not deliver!! Waste of calling them and complaining, they do not care!

Wow....sent two firearms to be transferred between FFL Licenses to this location. One was lost in the mail they cannot find it. Been in business for 30 years and have sold and shipped guns this way the whole time.... Will not EVER send a package anywhere near this zip code again.

They've lost five of my packages and counting and won't answer my calls. If you have the option, go somewhere else.

Poor service they closed down knowing that the area near the 24 hour kiosk hadn't been restocked with items needed to mail packages or letters properly.

Came in to get a book of stamps and mail a check. There was an open register with a young woman behind the counter. I approached and she looked up at me with a very dirty look. I guess because I didn't wait for her to call me. She said can I help you with a very nasty tone. I got my stamps and mailed my check. I actually went back in to see if I could get her name but she threw a coat on covering her name tag and walked away from her station. It's the post office and I guess you should expect an undeserved air of entitlement. I'd stop coming here, but I think that's probably their goal with their nasty attitudes.

Scheduled a meeting 5 days in advance for a passport meeting that takes 15 mins to do. They call me the day of only to tell me they’re short staffed and that I have to reschedule but can’t do that over the phone. Proceeded to tell me to drive to union terminal 35 minutes away if I needed help “Today”…. Terrible service. Lived in Sharonville my entire life and seems to be always poorly run.
