They have fixed the potholes outside and obtained some super friendly staff! This is officially my second favorite USPS location now.

Today was my first time sending a package, and I made a mistake.
One of the male employees was incredibly helpful — he patiently explained what I needed to do and guided me through the process. He was very polite, attentive, and kind. I truly appreciated his support and willingness to help.
The world needs more kind and helpful people like him. Thank you for the great customer service!

Lady today was so unfriendly and unhelpful. Why work with customers if you hate your job so much. Go find a different job where you work alone so you can enjoy all your misery to yourself.

Very very poor customer service. The older black customer service desk agent need to retire. She's always rude! It stresses me to even go in there.

Used to be a great location. Maybe staffing problems now? Nobody was at the desk today, but there was a sign to ring a bell for service. I ring the bell, and wait for a few minutes but nobody appears. Ended up needing to drive several miles out of my way to go to another location.

On 4/15, Tax Day, only one person serving customers while there is a 10 people long line. Our ta dollars are wasted by this administration.

Waited over 25 minutes in line with 2 people working the counter. We ended up going to a young man with brown hair in a man bun. He was extremely rude and unhelpful. It was terrible customer service and one of the worst post offices i’ve been too definitely won’t be back.

Arrived at post office 20 mins before closing and waited 10 mins in line. Told the lady I had a package to ship to Germany. As she proceeded, guy at the other counter says ‘no international shipments within 30 mins of closing’. WTH? Where is that policy posted? When I asked the woman for further explanation she would not respond, as if she was afraid to answer in front of him. Seriously USPS? Taking my biz to UPS.

I agree with the review below. The old lady working there is kind and efficient but the other lady is horribly rude.I had two packages. One just had a bar code to be scanned and other was a post card. I gave her the heavier box first, she did it and when I showed her the post card too she gave me a very mean attitude and asked me to go to the other lady by sign.How on earth am I supposed to know what she handles?She really needs to learn some manners on how to behave with people.

Good morning, Was at post office today to ship out some packages and always chaotic there the older lady is not fast nor efficient. But young lady today I believe her name was Deasia was very helpful and efficient real helpful to everyone. Just putting credit where it's due typically do not write reviews , this one much deserved.. Happy Thanksgiving to Everyone
