Sent out four separate pieces of mail the week of March 10.
Two arrived ripped open with the contents missing, one hasn't arrived four weeks later, and one arrived late nearly three weeks. While the clerks here are very nice, either the sorting employees here or at the local distribution facility are thieves/low-lifes.
Also, sent out two larger packages - dropped off Saturday morning and they were not even processed (intake) until the following Wednesday. Three full business days my packages to customers were sitting there that I also paid priority for.

Always professional and putting people first. This location reminds me of a good old rural post office where your politeness to them is rewarded in kindness and a welcoming environment. In this instant gratification world, this is a nice place to pause and get back to connecting.

The mailman from this location decided to stop all my mail from coming to my address. I cannot believe this! This should be illegal-how could someone other than the resident stop mail from coming to residence? Now I have to go to the post office and straighten this out what an inconvenience!

This location is awful. They have lost my package, never called me back regarding more information. I’ve came twice in person and they say they can’t help me but my tracking says “Out for delivery” and has for the past 3 days. If you live on the east side make sure your carrier isn’t USPS.. it will get lost.
