This is the best post office around. They are always so friendly, quick, and accommodating. I go out of my way to come to this USPS and have been using their services for years. It is clear management cares here! Customer service is treated as a priority.

A little tricky to find but that doesn’t matter because I won’t be back. The older lady working the desk is extremely rude. She was rude to 2 customers in front of me (not answering simple “how are you” and rolling her eyes). It was my turn and it was the same way. All of us were asking for very simple things so it was really unnecessary. Worst customer service I’ve ever gotten at a post office in my life.

The one lady needs to stop talking and do her job. Line moves slowly because she has to have a long winded conversation with everyone. I watched her finish a transaction and still just talk to someone for another 30 seconds and the line is to the door.
Another review from a year ago says the same thing, which is pretty funny.

Don't mail any cards to loved ones with gift cards out of this location. The cards that include gift cards NEVER arrive. I sent 3 at Christmas and 1 for Easter hoping it was just a Christmas issue but nope. I personally handed the Christmas cards to them. I may as well have opened my wallet and let them take my cash. All cards with gift cards for children never arrived. Shame on them. Thief's work there. I issued a complaint, no one cared to ever follow up with me. It's Venmo and the internet for me going forward, sad I like to support the P.O., I have family that are carriers, but their co- work are thief's.

I'm not sure why this post office is poorly rated. I've had nothing but good experiences here and the post office workers are incredibly professional and kind! Cincy's USPS has been super good to me compared to other states I've lived in.

There was a lady postal officer at closing around 2 pm on Saturday, September 7, 2024, who is such a lovely human being. There were a lot of angry people that day, but she did a wonderful job with de-escalating them and making them feel heard. One lady was griping about another postal officer, while another man pounded on the door demanding to be let in after 2:00 p.m., and who threatened another customer who asked him to be quiet for her daughter's sake. With each of these instances, she just did such a nice job calming everyone and treating each with respect. She deserves a raise. The post office closed at about 2:00 p.m., but she was there close to 2:30 helping everyone who was in the post office prior to closing to get their stuff done. People like this are rare in today's world. You're lucky to have her as an employee.

I have been going here everyday for several years. The staff is always helpful, pleasant, and courteous. They really go out of their way to make sure I am happy. They also help me if there is an issue.
I appreciate everything they do and really consider them friends.
In my opinion, they are the best in the city.
To anyone who says it is always busy, they do the best they can with only 2-3 people.

I got great service here. Easy to park. Was a bit hard to find at first… tucked away at the back of a random mall that feels like it has seen better days.

This location needs friendly staff that aren't afraid of a couple packages. Everytime I have to stop here, I get greeted by a staff member that tells me how to I need to bring in one slip for my multiple packages. Ridiculous.

I went here to initiate a shipment for an eBay sale. The one close to my house had closed, so I drove to here. I stood in a line that was well expedited; everyone was treated with kindness; and this was my first Ground Advantage shipment in a while (I mostly buy on eBay), and the staff was more than helpful in helping me to get it moving. Thanks for the positive eBay review!
