Was scolded for showing up at 11:15 when the place closed at 11:30. I was done by 11:27. Was told I was making her late for her break.

Rhonda made me uncomfortable for how she was yelling at a young man that was simply dropping off packages to get shipped and she hollering at him. She's throwing his packages. She was cursing at him and everything it doesn't matter how much of a bad day you were going through you never ever treat someone like that especially when they don't know you or when they just trying to get something done it's never an excuse for that. She needs to go. She's so angry and hostile in general. It's nauseating. Please do your best to stay away from this location at all cost.

Rhonda it's extremely rude. She got mad because I was shipping off packages and they were fragile products and she threw them inside the bin almost dropped them and everything. She started yelling at me as I'm a child If you don't wanna work somewhere, then don't work there. Don't sit there and try and take your problems out on others. You signed up for this job so deal with it. It's not like you're doing anything like that anyways don't come to this location unless she gone

Lazy lazy lazy. Worst post office in the tristate area. I'm at the point where I'd rather PICK UP my mail because their drivers refuse to work! Do better!

Horrible Service ! Today I was said if I do not like service there , I have to go to another post office.I was pissed off after such words This Rhonda has attitude to whole world . I send packages two times a week and all time something with this Rhonda . Another her co-worker from back room yelled at me and wanted to get me away . Until I was ready to call police. I filed the complain for both . I will use this post office because I live not far from and I am not going to another place because of some individuals who must not work there . If they need more complains, I am open for it :)

I’m upset that 0 stars is not an option. The lady behind the front counter is rude, disrespectful and should be fired. She was upset that I brought in a package to be shipped…. Literally!!!! She asked me where I thought she was going to put my 22”x22”x6” box. I didn’t answer and she threw the box into the back room. I plan to call the manager tomorrow. I will not ever visit that branch again. It’s sad that the USPS hires such rude and incompetent individuals!

Hours stated open online are not correct. Since they are only open until 1130 1/6 of the time they are supposed to be open they are closed.

It sad when yout local post office mailman can steel your packages. They stole my daughters birthday gift for me. And I know they did because there was two other packages delivered that day and I personally went out and got them as soon as they were delivered. So post man delivered 2 and kept one. And post office does nothing about it. Saddest part is I just moved to this neighborhood and never had this trouble anywhere else I've live. This post office makes north college hill look bad.

Happened to walk in during lunch, pulled on the handle because the sign that was posted was upside down. I was then proceeded to get scolded for checking the door. Woman said “you’re gonna pull the door off its hinge” (it’s a steel door mind you). Then I asked if they could just take my box in the back since it didn’t need a label and she said no and slammed the door in my face
