Had package marked delivered. NO not in my mailbox. Had track number, Zoe the female at Nagel said OUR GPS says it was scanned prior to placing in mailbox. Zoe your GPS is way off, I was standing at the mailbox and the obese postal worker said no mail, as he placed my neighbors mail IN MY MAILBOX. Zoe told me go file a Theft complaint at Sheriffs office? Well I DID.
Slowly GETTING away from USPS, Amazon will be my Calgon!

Just went here to ship a package. I arrived around 5:40 and had the package and the shipping label, unattached. I was perfectly fine if the worker told me I needed to put the label on it myself first, but instead he begrudgingly did it for me and said I should get the QR code from the company in the future (The company that I was sending the return to gave me a return label to print, so why would I waste my time to figure out this QR code thing? I would’ve asked the worker, but he was already grouchy). The worker had horrible customer service. I know it’s frustrating for anyone to have a customer come in near close and have a special request. However I personally have to deal with things like that with my job, too, and I do it with a smile on my face… Another customer came in while I was still at the counter and suddenly I didn’t exist to the worker. Overall, this USPS is fine, just don’t expect anything above the bare minimum.

I have had nothing but pleasant experiences and great service from this office. All the workers are friendly, courteous and helpful and helped to solve any problems or answer any questions I've had. Government jobs are often very stressful and especially in recent climate. Show kindness and you'll get kindness.

I have had an excruciatingly irritating experience with this location and their drivers 3x now. “Registered mail” needs a signature, no problem. The first 2 times were with the same package. I got notified “an attempt was made to knock on my door” for a signature while my dad was in my apartment and he told me he didn’t hear a knock. I assumed maybe he was walking my dog. I made sure to stay home the next day for the 2nd delivery and I receive a text that another delivery attempt was made as I’m sitting next to my door. So whoever drives my route is not even attempting to knock for a signature! I signed up for electronic signatures to prevent this issue from happening again. And to NO SURPRISE, it happened again today! As I was sitting next to my door AGAIN, no attempt to knock on my door yet I received a text that “no authorized recipient”. This person is deliberately going to our mailroom and putting a notice in my mailbox without knocking on my door or paying attention to the E SIGNATURE I put on all my packages now. This is EXTREMELY frustrating when I wait for weeks for a package! I would love to explain this to a manager however, they do not answer the phone either! We love that! I will be coming into the office sometime this week!
EDIT: Gentleman who answered the phone Jan. 22nd, 2025 fixed my problem. I do greatly appreciate it, however I hope this isn't a continuous issue since this will not be the last time I have a registered package.

Had a not so pleasant experience, with one face masked employee. It's the tone and delivery (take note) we, the customers keep USPS in business. I don't need to be talked to with a disrespectful tone. I believe this employee was not in a good mood, today. I've used USPS exclusively for my small business, May reconsider options. Oh well, not ruining my day..Merry Christmas, cheer up employees!!

Hire some people to answer the phones. I Live at an apartment complex. Unlike all other deliveries this most recent driver struggled so bad at finding my address he said that I moved and now no one will answer the phone.

Look, I think a less than 3 star review score is a little skewed. Most people won’t take the time to tell you when everything was easy and convenient. Well, I had a bit of a funky situation happen with a package and Bill, working the postal desk, helped me out and I found him to be kind and a pleasant person to work with. Thanks Bill, your direction helped.

I called many times and no answer!
My package was never delivered and it's says no access in location tell your driver to call so I can open the door not all apartment can be access and not all apartment can leave the main door open, that's why we put our phone number for delivery! And there is a doorbell he can press! This happens many times. I am always at home. Please have a meeting to your delivery man.
