Worst post office in the country. They refuse to give me my mail because I don’t want my name on my mailbox. They have held my mail and my packages illegally… and write on my packages “See supervisor before delivery” because they are horrible.

I've been a regular shipping stuff through this specific USPS, and my experience is solely based on shipping records via media mail in person so take it with a grain of salt.Staff there are amicable and never come off rude or antagonistic. I have shipped over 100+ items ranging from small to large and heavy packages, and have not had any issues with any lost or damaged media. Furthermore they are very helpful in answering questions and giving advice on packaging and shipping, which has helped me when it came to international shipping. A lot of the more critical reviews (and frustrated customers I've had the pleasure of hearing in the location) seem to focus on more procedural aspects that are a part of their job rather than staff going out of their way to irritate customers.

Had to send larg envelopes so I needed to see how much postage was needed. There was no wate and the gentleman that Waited on me was verypolite and patient. There are very steep steps to climb to get into the building on one side and a steep ramp on the other witch would be very difficult for someone in a wheelchair.

Customer service is great, unless you take the horrible outside mailbox/letter drops into account. I have VERY long arms and still have to open my car door and rock the window down to out a letter in!!! They are NOT convenient...is there a reason for this????

Had an important package that was needed TODAY missed because I got NO NOTIFICATION of the mail person being at my building! After calling this office trying to meet with mail person or get my package dropped off, he talked over me saying there's nothing that can be done!!! USPS is a terrible service and I would have NEVER had them handling my package if given the option to choose!!

Communication is Horrible! Where’s the 1/2 star?My mailbox got hit in the middle of the night. I just wanted to get my mail put on hold and that was apparently too much to ask.

I scheduled a hold mail but they didn't stop it. Our mail box was stuffed full of mail when we got home. When I called the guy that answered the call just said "sorry". With all the stolen mail going on this is not acceptable.

I had an excellent experience with that staff particularly, one of the staff members named Mike. Had a short chat, was very polite and professional. Helped me with my questions and made sure to make everything go smoothly.

So there was an older gentleman behind the counter that waited on me. I am guessing he was approximately 70 years old. He was crotchety, arrogant and wrong. After much hassle he was finally convinced that my issue was only because he created it. He walked away and another gentleman happily assisted getting my priority Express package processed. However, this package was a one-day delivery and took two days to get there.

***Update: increasing rating slightly, but only bc of the excellent customer service and empathetic ear of "Jake" the other USPS manager. He called me late in the evening, to check in on my missing package status, and to let me vent. I bent his ear, and he was exceedingly gracious and pleasant the entire time. Jake's a good egg, I have accepted that my package is gone, and the retailer will hopefully make me whole. Happy holidays! This location will lose your packages, mark them as delivered, and then have their supervisors lie to your face in-person about it, even when your surveillance cameras indisputably document that there was no USPS employee at your house during the documented delivery time. There is no way to avoid who the seller uses for shipping, but for my money I will pay to go with any other company rather than ever use this USPS location. This level of deceitful, rude incompetence is disgusting. Some of the excuses that the supervisor said herself, or on behalf of the incompetent mailman:"You have to understand we deliver hundreds of packages a day and he made a mistake" LADY THAT'S HIS ONLY JOB ON HIS SAME ROUTE TO MY HOUSE I HAVE LIVED AT FOR 10 YEARS. And regardless, don't lie about it with a different story each time, 2 days in a row!"He said he'll keep knocking on all the neighbor's doors until he gets the package." WHY CAN'T THEY USE THE GPS COORDINATES OR JUST GO TO THE HOUSE HE INCORRECTLY DELIVERED THE PACKAGE TO?!AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST.

Staff did not give correct information then proceed to get rude and very disrespectful. This guy needs a reality check. Had to go into this office twice today and they gave me wrong information and I told me I needed all of this verification for an address change when I went right down to mt. Washington and had absolutely no issues. The guy with the ponytail is a rude and needs to be fired. Got loud and very aggressive. Will never ever come back to this location. He needs to be fired!!!!

There was a young man here with tattoos on his arm, who was extremely helpful. I missed his name. He was wonderful and got me in and out!

New Postal Clerk - Mike - can't say enough good things about him. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Always pleasant and professional. Left him two outstandiing reviews on the postal survey. This guy deserves a raise!
