I called this USPS branch today (09/08/2025) regarding my Amazon package pickup along with other packages I had requested for pickup yesterday. The lady who answered my call didn’t seem to understand my question and quickly told me to hold. While on hold, I could clearly hear her speaking to another person about me in the background before abruptly hanging up the call.
This behavior is unprofessional, dismissive, and extremely rude. As a customer, I expect at least basic courtesy and clear communication. Instead, I was treated with disrespect and left without any assistance or resolution. It is no surprise this branch has such poor ratings when staff act in this manner.
I hope USPS takes this seriously, as customer service should be about helping—not humiliating—the people you serve.

I had 3 items lost in mail through this Norwood post office. Tge last package was in May before I moved. The one thing I asked was why do you deliver mail and no name on mailbox. Mortified. These ppl have given me problems since 2022 .in May Norwood post office closed my case the next day saying we're sorry??? I had package to big for mailbox and it was supposed to be? Mail man took or new person that moved in before I had moved.never had problems mailman he practically ran when I seen him .never seen him before.I am not happy first iPhone was 1579.00 second package was 100. Plus insurance 22.00 third package denied and closed case insurance about 2500.00 items of mine been missing so now im file complaint.

I own a small buisness and some clients have automatic payments sent to me through the mail. Every few times I have to report it in the app that it wasn't delivered and I'll get it a week later. Today I didn't receive the check I was supposed to have yesterday or the mail that was supposed to be delivered today and my camera picked up the mail man walking right past my mail box by my porch. This is absolutely ridiculous 🙄 get your crap together because. This messes up my payroll and if I dont get the check I have to have my client resend payment which has happened once now 🤬 I have informed mail delivery so I know what I'm supposed to get daily.

HORRIBLE!!!! They are rude as hell! Lost my mail for 2 days, went up to talk to them about and they would not even listen to what I had to say. They would talk over me. No empathy whatsoever! Because I was missing mail, do to moving my mailbox and the mail carrier apparently didn’t bother to look for it. I put a hold on my mail to see if that would help get everything caught up and I would find what’s missing because It was an extremely important piece of mail!! I went into the post office to get my mail and the rude lady told me I can’t stop in everyday to pick it up. Hummm it is MY mail for god sakes and it was only for 3 days!!! Told me I had to buy a PO Box! Nope I shouldn’t have to spend money because of the post office branch and mail carriers mistakes.

Wish I could give negative. They’ve held my mail for weeks without once notifying me. I call and Robert Valerio or Valero was rude and constantly tried talking over me. You can’t explain an issue with someone constantly yelling “sir, sir, sir, sir” in your ear. Absolutely ridiculous customer service and even more ridiculous they held my mail without once notifying me

Lazy workers refuse to answer the phone no matter how many times you call, I’m sure the in person service is just as awful too. Package was out for delivery days ago & now has just been stuck on “will be delivered next business day”

Very helpful staff, and friendly. I walked in not sure how to best mail a particular item, and they showed me exactly what I needed to do.

No updates provided and slow delivery. I didn't know when my package was going to be delivered. This facility held it for days, then decide to deliver it after having it for 3 days.

I tried everything from replenishing their own supplies to bringing pastries and was still treated like dirt. There are too many Post Offices to tolerate such nastiness. I'll try somewhere else and keep my pens

Since Memorial Day 2024 I stopped getting mail on a regular basis. For 6 years we got our mail from 10-11 am 6 days a week without any issues. Now our mail comes from 3-5 pm with more days without mail than ever before. My Informed Delivery says I'm supposed to receive mail but most days it's wrong. This has only started happening since Memorial Day 2024. Getting answers from a human being is like getting a liberal to tell the truth while breathing. I just want to know what the hell is going on with My Mail in Deer Park!
