They close early every day. Walked in at 5:54 to quickly drop off a package and they shut the desk door on me. This has happened multiple times. One time, I get it, people have needs and things happen. But this location constantly closes down early. It’s already a small window of time to get here after work.

I went insife to buy stamps.The lady(tall,reddish hair,glasses w/accent)at counter offered to help me.Then as i stood at counter she completely ignored me as she decided to talk to another customer in the store.She has NO customer service skills!Will NEVER comr back there again.Thanks,Ed

Maria and Rama were so nice, helpful and informative and really made my passport application process as smooth as possible. They helped me and each other to get all the steps completed quickly and explained each step along the way

I'd be in no great rush to return here.I was nearby running errands yesterday & had some items to mail, so I thought I'd drop them off. With nothing else to do at the time, I arrived abou 20 minutes before opening & found a parking space.Until I got yelled at by an employee. "You can't park here!" More stunned than upset by this claim, I asked why not. She claimed it was postal employee parking. I asked her where customer parking was & drove to a space about 6 feet away.Now, where I had parked initially was a line of spaces toward the rear of the main lot, steps away from a sign that says customer parking. There's no indication anywhere of her claim that it's employee parking. But, as I was mailing some expensive items & have minimal trust in post office employees as it is given some unfortunate recent experiences, I didn't want to set her off & then have to deal with the woman at the counter. So I kept quiet.When they opened a short time later, I went inside. As others have noted, there's frustratingly no self-service machine. Nor do they make much effort to make what is available to customers accessible (there's a separate section with mailing supplies & things that's locked up). While I was first to arrive, I had chilled in my car because Sirius XM was playing one of my favorite '80s jams, so by the time that tune ended, there were 3 or 4 people in line ahead of me. One was there to complain about mail that he was expecting that kept bouncing around their system. While my sympathies were with the man on listening to him relay his account of the situation, the woman behind the counter (a different one) tried to shift the blame onto him, which felt supremely shady to the point of diabolical.As I was next in line, all I could do was nod at her & move on.Sometimes I feel it's the customers who should be "going postal," given the way we & are mail are treated & the insanely high cost of doing business with the USPS on top of that.

I was surprised to see all the negative reviews till I went there myself today for the first time. It will be my last time too, I must say. The lady that worked there was very nasty and had so much attitude. Extremely unpleasant - the headquarters need to look into this seriously.

This post office sucks. U r in there all day. They 2 areas to help take the mail they never it. They have a blond hag who is so stupid and they refuse to put more employees out front. The line is out the food and customers have to hold the door open because they have the blond hag about 20 people in back because they refuse to help. The manager also Refuses to come out and help. This is everyday and if u come real early then you can surprise the employees in the back and ask them to come help they refuse They will never answer their phone And it is time people knew. Their manager stole 100 dollars I accidentally Put i their boxes. The postal inspector called me to tell me it was manager for sure but he wouldn't confess. He just threatened the postal inspectors Do not go to the Silverton post office in Cincinnati ever. They are the closest to my house. If u must go and there is a line just keep asking for another person and don't stop.

Just came from a passport appointment for our kids and it was great! Staff was so friendly and professional, took pictures and double checked all our forms. Made it simple and easy, we were out in no time! Thank you!!

I posted 2 letters in late March at the counter where I purchased an international stamp for one of the letters. The domestic letter just arrived May 15. Still no word on the letter sent to Europe. If there was something wrong with it the man should have informed me then and there. I wouldn't mail things from this post office if you paid me.
