Waited in-person at this Post Office for 20 minutes. I was repeatedly and nicely told that someone would be right with me. Everyone was quite pleasant. After the third time being told someone would be with me and waiting 20 minutes, I walked out, this is not acceptable.

I never, ever write reviews. This is literally the worst post office. They always lock their doors early and have extremely rude employees. I rushed to get here in time for just a drop off, at 550pm and their doors were locked. I have been going here quite often since starting a small shop. It’s the same lady all time who is so rude…even when I try to make small talk. If you don’t like your job then just quit!
They also had their doors locked on New Years EVE even though there was nowhere on the door or online that said they had different hours. I’ll be finding a new post office to go to even if I have to drive a little further.

I’ve never had more issues with a post office. About a month ago, a package never arrived to my address despite being marked delivered. I put a claim in, attempted to call this location, nothing. They called me while at work but never left a voicemail. They continually deliver mail that isn’t mine despite my telling them these folks no longer live there, and putting RTS on them. Now? They’re trying to say my address wasn’t accessible for a delivery. It literally always is. Seems like they don’t have my package again. I would give them 0 if I could. You’d think folks who work for the government would have some more professionalism.

I had a package in the mail. Tracked it to my local post office and walked down a day early before it was supposed to be delivered, ask if I could go ahead and grab it because I wouldn't be home the next day. The agent at the desk, I think her name was Kendra, sat there and flat out lied to me said it was already put for delivery but it never got delivered today. I don't appreciate being lied to. You need better customer service then that!

They can't deliver mail when promised and don't do refunds on mail they chose not to deliverWait 30 days I want the stuff gone by then. Certified mail should be delivered on time not when the post office decides to get off their lazy butts and deliver

Stopped by to mail a package and the woman assisting me was very rude. She hardly bothered to look at me and seemed annoyed when I asked a question. I probably won’t be back anytime soon…

Save yourself the time/money and avoid this post office. Super rude employees. They will literally throw your packages in front of you. Ive been twice and would do anything to avoid this place. I've never felt so insulted for simply trying to ship something.

Package marked delivered, but not delivered to my house. Called to file a claim about it and the guy just kept repeating himself... "it shows delivered, someone must have jacked it". No, someone was home all day, it was never delivered.
