The employees were very nice, but is didn’t get what I wanted, told the guy making the appointment what I wanted he gave me a price when I went there he didn’t give me the right price was 60 more and apparently the girl didn’t have the time that I needed to do my hair plus she said she couldn’t do what I wanted anything that I asked she couldn’t do, which was odd any color I suggested she couldn’t do so she lightened my hair by doing foil not even the full color with highlights and it cost more didn’t make sense for the prices I should of had a great look, hardly anything looked like was different just a little lighter, they did call couldn’t call them back but the message they left they were gonna help me , so have to call them on Monday 319.00 for that and a brow wax which there is still hair under the brow where it’s noticeable very disappointed in the outcome the more I kept looking at it, like I said the girl was sweet but I think I need someone that understands what I wanted , last but least they need the people that are taking appointments know what they are doing big price difference plus he didn’t schedule enough time for what I told him I wanted done.
Requested style: All over dye with highlights, I would like half my money back this is ridiculous that what services I received was 320.00 and still have hair on my eyebrows that I had to pluck

Sarah is not just an amazing hair dresser but she cares and always so positive. I call it hair therapy but it’s so much more to see her vibrant smile. She goes over and beyond to achieve my hair needs but also cares about me as a client which is so refreshing. I showed her a picture and she worked her magic. I’m so glad shes at the Anderson location.

Jordan kills it every time. I get highlights and they always look so natural. She is so thorough and always tells me what she’s doing so I’m never left in the dark. Highly recommend and I can’t wait to go back for my next appointment!
