Service was excellent! I have using this location for several years. This time a couple of days ago I was told upon completing the service that I would receive an accounting via email...I don't have an email. Now I can't get a printout of my services. Why? As a senior I want a printed copy of the services provided. I'm very upset about this. Today I've been on hold for almost 30min.

long wait and they messed up my car, it was driving perfectly fine before the oil change now it is making a weird noise and driving funny so I have to take it to dealership, also they did not fill my oil completely ( I have a feature to check once I reset the oil ), I don't understand how you can mess up on an oil change, say they couldn't send receipt because my "email was incorrect" I'm glad I recorded myself being there because I'm for sure calling my legal team if the dealership tells me they put in the wrong oil, I pray they didn't purposely mess something up because I declined the "recommendation" services , this is very much an inconvenience I use my car for work seeing multiple patients per day, I will never use valvoline again after being a loyal customer for 8 years !

Every time I go here not only do I receive great, timely service, but everyone is so kind to their customers. Definitely makes getting an oil change a more pleasant experience. Your guys are GREAT!

I understand mistakes happen but it how you respond that matters. I went in for a oil change on my 2020 Chevy 2500 Duramax and left happy. Later on the same day I saw a puddle of oil under my truck in my driveway. I called Valvoline to tell them the issue and was told it was to late today because I was a hour away and they were closing soon. I was asked to drive over the next day and they would see what happened. Who in there right mind would drive a $70k truck a hour away with oil pouring out?? I was also told the manager would call and guess what a week later no call. Bottom line I fixed the problem and filled the oil to the correct capacity. The workers are not at fault it's management that received this 1 star.

Oil change was quick. Maybe too quick since my car was smoking on the highway after the change. A car even pulled beside me to let me know. Fifteen minutes back to the shop and currently waiting more than fifteen minutes for them to see why my car is smoking. (What happened to that speedy service I got?) Will be asking for a refund and getting my car looked at by Fuller Ford to make sure they didn't damage anything. Where it goes from there, we will see.Edit: oil change completed around 3:15pm 3/21/24. Got back to shop around 3:45pm and spoke to employee about smoke. It is currently 4:15pm and I am still waiting for them to check my car. (I'm also the 7th caller in queue for their customer service line, which I called as soon as I arrived back at the shop.)Edit2: Finally got into the bay by 4:20pm. The guy I talked to apparently didn't say anything to the other employees, so I had to explain myself all over again. They refused a refund. Look at the other reviews. This place just isn't trustworthy and damaged the entire brand for Cincinnati.

Put my oil filter on incorrectly which will now cost $1,000 to repair. Manager said he would visit the location where car was but told corporate he would not. Glad I didn’t wait. Do not go here

Great guys work in this location but the company is absolute ?️…BE LEARY TAKING YOUR VEHICLES HERE AND PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON GROUPON BLENDED OIL CHANGES. I’ve got a Hyundai, Volkswagen, BMW, Cadillac, and Chevy, this location claims that it’s their company policy to only put full synthetic and they refuse to put blended. My BMW and Cadillac are old and had conventional oil in them for years so why now???? My cars respective dealerships will put “blended” in and they made the cars. Scam!!!!

Had excellent service at the Valvoline on Union Cemetary Rd in Cincinnati. I went there for an oil change & the usual maintenance. The manager Nick spoke to me about my car. He was very kind & professional & I felt he was very honest in telling me what services needed to be done, while also telling me what services could wait. I didn’t feel like he was trying to charge me for anything my cardidn’t actually need. They also noticed a gasket that needed to be replaced by the oil pan. As they didn’t have that particular part, Nick actually left the garage to get one. It was then replaced at no charge. All the other technicians seemed professional & efficient too.This is definitely my new go to for oil changes. Good bye to Jiffy Lube which always seemed to have technicians who lacked professionalism & customer service skills.

Worst service I have seen in a while. Let start with when you say you open at 8am, it actually means the employees show up at 8am and the doors stay locked till 830. Second they didn’t correctly reinstall the undercarriage and I made it home only to find it hanging and skipping on the ground the whole way. Do better Valvoline.

A person with gauges and tattoos wanted to check my cabin air filter. I didn't want to but I allowed it and he proceeded to break the tray in my glove compartment, but then lied about doing so. I know it wasn't that loose. Bad people here.

They did a great job today. Got me right in, applied every discount they had and were thorough. Love being able to see every step and noticed they verify every step with a second person so nothing is missed or damaged. Great job.

Needed to get my oil changed and only had my lunch break to do this so called Valvoline help desk to see how busy they were. The receptionist I received was both prompt and polite with me. Advised of this locations current wait time and when their least busiest times were. She even sent me a coupon code to use for my visit today. 10/10It didn’t stop there. During my visit I was greatly impressed by the teamwork and energy every employee had. You could tell just by looking they enjoyed their job. Lexi was who I interacted the most with and again 10/10.Thanks for the great visit!
