Wow. I think I will travel from anywhere I live in the world all the way to this Cincy store, or I should say, wherever Andrew is working. I got the black screen of death out of nowhere while out of town and couldn’t remember my passwords to log into anything including my computer so it was a huge mess trying to get the trade-in processed and my new phone set up. Andrew was more helpful than Verizon even pays him for, He surely deserves several raises! I cannot express how easy he made this for me, how he went above and beyond, how he worked with me and my specific situation and even communicating with me via text through the process. Incredibly professional, helpful, flexible, and very committed to his work and service that he provides. It was incredibly refreshing to be helped by someone with such professionalism, combined with such casual flexibility and amenability. Even when I came in, Andrew was knee-deep and trying to resolve issues for his coworkers client and was willing to stay late to help all of us in the store. I could go on and on and on, but I will be following up to ensure that Andrew is moving up the chain at Verizon– if not, AT&T should definitely head Hunt him.😉 Anyway, THANK YOU SO MUCH ANDREW!!!

I had an amazing experience at this Verizon store thanks to Andrew! I came in because my phone signal wasn’t working, and it had been stuck on SOS for a while. I wasn’t sure what the issue was, but Andrew took the time to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in diagnosing the problem.
After checking my phone, he let me know that I would most likely need a new one. Instead of just trying to sell me something right away, he made sure to go over all my options and find the best deal for me. Thanks to him, I was able to get the newest iPhone without my monthly bill increasing, which was such a relief! He really went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free.
Customer service like this is rare, and I truly appreciate Andrew’s professionalism and willingness to help. If you’re ever at this Verizon store and need assistance, I highly recommend asking for him! Thank you again, Andrew, for making what could have been a frustrating situation so easy!
