I just want to give a huge shoutout to the young lady who helped me file a claim for my phone today after Verizon wouldn’t let me trade it in. Thanks to you, my old iPhone 13 Pro Max is now a 15 Pro Max! You gave me the number to call my insurance company, and when I reached out, they didn’t have any more iPhone 13 Pro Max models in stock so they upgraded me to a brand-new iPhone 15 Pro Max for just $99. A fully paid off iPhone 15 Pro Max for $99! If it weren’t for you, I’d still be stuck with my damaged 13 Pro Max. Thank you so much! Also, I really appreciate your help with my charging port issue!

Incompetent and lazy employees. Layla did not activate my Verizon phone and her and her manager both said that it was apples fault.
Went to apple and every single worker there was jaw dropped that they sent me to apple. Because verizon didn’t do their job i was out of a phone and could not work for an entire day.
Thankfully apple called Verizon for me and helped resolve this unnecessary issue.
Get employees who show up on time and don’t sit on their phones 24/7

Went to the store on Wednesday the 8th. A representative ordered my upgraded phone for me. Said it should be at my house in two days. On Friday, I login to the Verizon website and see the order says it’s delivered to my house. But it was not delivered. I figured maybe it’ll show up this weekend. Monday afternoon I go to the store And explain the situation. The representative goes to the back to ask the manager, comes back to me and tells me I need to contact FedEx to figure it out. I was really mad because I feel like I’m being sent on a wild goose chase even though Verizon ordered the phone and it still isn’t delivered. Manager comes to speak with me and reiterates that I need to contact FedEx to get my own package because it’s between me and the carrier now. I told the manager I’m not calling FedEx to track down your guys mistake. The manager insists that it’s between me and FedEx. I finally say okay, who do I call at FedEx? He tells me, customer service. So I say okay, and what do I tell FedEx? He says give them your tracking number. I said I don’t have a tracking number. After asking me why I don’t have a tracking number, even though his employee is the one who put the order in, he spends the next 10 minutes scrolling through his iPad before finally finding a tracking number from United States Postal Service. Did the manager apologize? No. He held up the tracking number for me to write down. So had I listened to the manager originally and just left the store to call FedEx I would still be trying to track down the phone. For a $160 billion company, you give the worst customer service imaginable. The manager telling me I need to contact FedEx before even trying to empathize with my experience, or seeing how he could help me Is what really made me upset. The least you could do is try to find a solution before telling me to go call the wrong company to figure this out.

My husband and I weren’t planning to get wireless service with Verizon today. However, after a terrible experience at the AT&T store down the street, we decided to give Verizon a try. And guess what? Bridgette (a true angel) was our awesome, patient, and knowledgeable associate at Verizon. She helped my husband and me find the best plans for our individual needs and even cut our wifi bill in half (can you believe that?!) by switching us to Verizon home internet! It’s so much easier to bundle all our services with Verizon, even our streaming! Bridgette was such a delight, and we’re so glad we ended up with Verizon as our carrier!

My husband and I have to give credit where it’s due - Paul is incredible to work with at this store. He has helped our family several times now with everything from buying a new phone, to transferring phone lines to a new account, to opening a new account. He is very professional, detail oriented, and patient. Tonight he helped us facilitate an assumption of liability and transferring lines to a new account. He helped us with the Verizon operator on the phone for several hours. The experience of transferring accountability via phone has been awful and has gone on for days with multiple issues left and right, but service like Paul’s is the reason we’ve stayed with Verizon through it all for the last 12 years. He went above and beyond multiple times across several days to assist us with the account transfer and try to troubleshoot even though we had to go through the phone line to complete the transfer. Thank you for everything, Paul!

Kid just kept saying “idk bro.” Was told this was a corporate store and they could help me. Watched them try their hardest to do absolutely nothing. Told 2 customers to go to another store. Crazy to me places like this stay open.

Well, my Samsung titanium pro watch dying, silver horizon send me a new one under warranty. That instigated a trip to the store. where I met a nice woman right at the door. Next thing I know I'm at a desk explain in my issues. They recharge my phone watch. Reset it for a return. Helped me setup my new watch .
I'm experience, was great by the people there. They even bagged up my box with my old watch and taped it up with return label.

Received very little support told to go to another location where another Verizon representative tells me she can’t do anything without a pin that was created 9 years ago. All this to replace something as simple as a SIM card. Will be easier to buy a new SIM from a different provider and port my number as Verizon employees only seem to want to sell you a new phone and home internet.

I have went to this store to get help with my account 3 times and each time they gave me the wrong information the last time I went I asked for someone above store manager so maybe I could get the right help, I was told they couldn't give me their information; that's so they can't be held accountable for their poor customer service. They will constantly give you the run around.
