Wouldn’t do anything without a pin I created 9 years ago odd that the Verizon store that sent me there didn’t need anything but my ID and phone number. Also taking out the SIM card and putting it back in was too much work for both locations as that fixes it temporarily. This is how you ensure a 9 year customer never becomes your 10 year customer.

I have spent 6 months now trying to get switcher cards as I was told totaling $900 that I was promised by Hayden. Abbey for a while attempted to pacify me, but eventually dropped the ball as well. The entire switch over in January was a nightmare, issues with bills. Unclear charges for things I didn't agree to pay. I eventually got those items refunded after staying on top of the issue over several weeks following the fist bill. Lots of hidden costs with Verizon and I absolutely do not recommend this store. Go ANYWHERE ELSE. Oh and there are a lot of great reviews yes, but that's because they ask you to write the review on the spot before you leave the store. Doesn't really give an opportunity for an unpopular opinion.

I’d like to give a shout out to Hayden Bradley for his excellent customer service. He juggled a couple of customers with ease and professionalism. He is very knowledgeable along with being very friendly and patient with all of our questions. Thank you Hayden!!

This was a very good shopping experience. Abby Zack And Isaiah, we're all available to help me at the same time so it was great all attention on me Lol They were very knowledgeable and was able to help me decrease my bill by about $100 now. That's great and on top of that they introduced me to Wi-Fi services that was cheaper than my current carrier with the same amount of gigs. So I just wanted to say thanks to them and appreciate their abilities to be good customer service providers ?
