Tried to add a new phone line for my wife and upgrade my phone, and it was too much. 8 hours into this now and no one knows how to help. Been a customer for 20 years. Terrible. Do not bother with Verizon.

Not even a month ago, I switched services and came to Verizon. I was told when I was ready to setup my sons iPad I could return to get the iPad set up with parental controls. When I came back, I was told to go to the Apple Store instead because they were āmore equipped.ā This was frustrating, especially since this same location had no problem setting up my other childās phone previously.
It seems that unless a sale is being made, the staff canāt be bothered to help. To make matters worse, as I left the store, I noticed the employee had changed the settings on my phone ā restricting access, removing apps, and basically setting it up as if it were a childās device. I didnāt authorize this, and it seriously disrupted my phoneās functionality.
The staff at this location were unprofessional, and the manager clearly didnāt care. No effort was made to resolve the issue or take responsibility. Completely unacceptable and a waste of time. Do better and donāt tell people to come back if they need help!

I switched over my phone from Spectrum to Verizon because of a Promotion that if you switch you will get a Free iPhone 16 Pro. I was very clear with the salesperson that I would only do this if it raised my bill $30 ( cost of the new line). H first tried to get me to switch to the Unlimited Plus plan which would cost me more. I said NO I want to stay with the same plan as the rest of my family and I donāt want my bill to go up more than the $30. He said he understood and assured me that is all it would cost and I could stay with my Unlimited Welcome Plan. Now two months later I got an email that I will be losing the promotion discount of $17.77 if I donāt switch back to the new plan. So I called Verizon *611 and ended up getting a Supervisor in Charge David who was extremely rude and started to Loudly lecture me. He was not helpful at all and said there was nothing he could do. So my advise is donāt fall for these offers for Free phone to get you to switch your Carrier to Verizon. Donāt do it!!!! Salespeople will say anything to get the sale and for you to switch. I now plan on canceling not only my phone, but the other three phones I have with Verizon as soon as I can get set up with a new carrier.

Staff is never helpful and always look for ways to sell another phone or add unnecessary extra line. Have been paying $165 for two Unlimited welcome lines and two ancient phones for 15 years and staff salesman couldn't even look at the account on the computer to help with the insurance issue. Only kept yelling aloud how they don't sell cheap phones like the one I own. Also couldn't look to see if I had an insurance and told me to call uBreakiFix store to see if I have an Asurion insurance covering our phones. These guys are simply cellphone salesman, but act like they are doing a great favor dealing with customers who aren't there to buy. I feel like they are getting too much of a cut from our bills for doing nothing except trying to cheat customers more. After reviewing our family plan, I have discovered that they have enrolled us into $20 extra for hotspots and $10 for YouTube premium which we never requested. Employees of this store are the most spoiled salesmen I have ever encountered. It would be fair to take these scammers to court, but instead we will be leaving Verizon once and for good.

I visited this location to switch onto a Verizon plan and was assisted by sales rep Caleb. Although I was switched onto the plan successfully, all the promotional deals he promised were not followed through with. I had to call customer service many times (extremely time consuming) to correct this. It feels like he just wanted to earn the commission and didnāt care about me as the customer or the service he was providing. I do not recommend this location

Sam was great. He was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Not pushy or trying to sell anything. Just gave us what we needed, and made recommendations and answered questions. As I told him,! You are wonderful!ā there was Apple parking. Prices were reasonable. And the store was clean.

Frustrated!!!! After 2 months of struggle with billing and getting ripped off. Choose never to use Verizon ever. Reason being agents in this store selling phones with fake promotions which Verizon declines when calling their help center.

Went to this store, which did look nice, specifically to get a Gizmo watch for my daughter, and had to repeatedly tell the reps and explain to them why I didnāt want to buy my 9 year old a phone. I was even quoted stats on how the average age for a child getting a phone was 7 years old. Hmm. Looked it up after, as I knew that wasnāt right, and saw that itās actually around 11 years old. Donāt come here with a kid unless you intend to buy them a phone. Or maybe donāt come here at all, I know the Kenwood location has great service, but I went to this one since it was closer. On the positive side, though, my daughter does love her Gizmo watch.
