“This is the only Vitamin Shoppe ( East Kemper Rd location) and vitamin shop I will go to. Matt is the most knowledgeable vitamin person I have ever dealt with and I know that if I have a question, he will be able to provide a comprehensive answer. The overall customer service experience has been top notch and it is not a pushy or gimmicky sales experience. ( unlike the competitors) I would also like to acknowledge Avi - they both have provided excellent customer service!
I just wanted to give an honest review because now days it seems that no one goes out of their way to try and make your day better or seems to enjoy what they do and when you can find a business that treats you more like family than just another $ , it makes the world of difference in my book.”

“Was greeted immediately by Andrew. I explained that I was shipping for my fiancee for Valentine's day and that all I know was that he gets protein powder, and bars and he needed a shaker bottle. Where asked questions which I didn't know the answer to but he was absolutely great!! He tried to keep me in the price range that I wanted to spend. I ended up buying myself a shaker bottle bc it was Harry Potter even though I don't use them. When asked if I wanted to renew/update my fiance's membership I didn't hesitate. Being family owned they have a selection of different brands from around the country that you wont see in corporate GNCs while also staying true to the GNC Brand.
