My appointment was on 8 am morning,,I came 15 minutes late,,but they took my delivery on 8.20 am...check in office at door no 26...sugar deliveries always on dock 8,10,& 12 on the other side of the building...fast unloading..might be over night parking too...

by appointment only. I saw a review that said you can come early. Had a 10am appt and came at 8am. They weren't happy. I almost had to wait until 1pm for coming too early but they took care of me.
