Family member needed flu vaccine. We made a same day appointment, butwalk ups are welcome. They make it so easy. Pharmacy is the reason we come to this location, and keep coming back.

They're severely understaffed. Since I switched over here earlier this year, my medications have not been filled on time once. I've been left on hold over 30 mins multiple times.

Pharmacy is totally out of control! Prescriptions are never on schedule. Drive thru is super slow at times, and no one hustles. It's like watching the grass grow. Customer service is a culture, and a personal mindset among true professionals! It doesn't exist here!

I witnessed the pharmacy staff being very patient & helpful to every client (self included). Store clerks helped each other out to be able to move customers through checkout when needed.

So sad it's always your own people with the worst customer service this Walgreens SAD!!!!! Don't work in pharmacy if you don't have consideration for others especially when they're not feeling well.

Dirty, dangerous parking lot, pharmacy understaffed, closes for any reason they can think of. For what they charge, they have no excuses.

My prescription was called in 11am. Called at 6:00 to get estimated time. I get up at 4 am. Pharmacy tech told me pharmacist is so busy w vaccines and doesn’t have time to fill prescriptions. She then hung up on me. Will make sure never to return today. They love power over peoples lives. Sad. If you are looking for caring staff, it’s a crapshoot. Judge people by what meds they take. Shame on them.

This place is terrible, I waited for 10 minutes on hold and it said someone was in front of me then they answered and immediately placed me on hold and did that a few times until 1:30 when they have their break, and then hung up on me, all I had was one question about my prescription. I suggest going somewhere else.
