Dirty, dangerous parking lot, pharmacy understaffed, closes for any reason they can think of. For what they charge, they have no excuses.

My prescription was called in 11am. Called at 6:00 to get estimated time. I get up at 4 am. Pharmacy tech told me pharmacist is so busy w vaccines and doesn’t have time to fill prescriptions. She then hung up on me. Will make sure never to return today. They love power over peoples lives. Sad. If you are looking for caring staff, it’s a crapshoot. Judge people by what meds they take. Shame on them.

This place is terrible, I waited for 10 minutes on hold and it said someone was in front of me then they answered and immediately placed me on hold and did that a few times until 1:30 when they have their break, and then hung up on me, all I had was one question about my prescription. I suggest going somewhere else.

I've never seen so much trash scattered all over a business property in my life! It is disgusting, made me hesitate to even enter the building. The inside of the store is tidy, despite the fact that the property is extremely littered with garbage! How can the manager not recognize that as being a problem that needs to be addressed?

Never obtained my sons Rx that doctor sent in earlier that day and I came by twice to attempt to obtain. I even went back to the doctors office to obtain written script to attempt to obtain his needed Rx. Pharmacy closed at 7:30 pm on the inside and outside! Never seen this happen at this Walgreens and they use to be 24 hours but supposedly closed at 8:30pm. Guess pharmacist said forget everybody because at least 15 people were on the inside and outside!!I will not be going sending scripts here anymore. Now I’m up at 6:00 am trying to find another pharmacist to fill my kids script that was needed because everywhere was closed last night dealing with Northland!!

They're not bad in terms of customer service, but trying to find a time to actually pick up your prescription is a crapshoot. For a 24 hour pharmacy, they sure are closed a lot! And you never know when they'll be open again, so if you need meds now or just want to transfer to someone more reliable, you're out of luck - no wonder their answering service tells you to call 911 in case of emergency; you'll need it when you don't get your meds on time!

My 7.5 year old son needed a medication that was not recommended for children under the age of 8. The pharmacist and pharmacy tech took time and energy to make sure that this medication would be appropriatefor my son. They looked at a recent study of the affects of the medication with children, explained the potential risks to me, answered all my questions, and printed off the study and highlighted the pertinent areas for me to read. I would highly recommend this pharmacy; they are professional, friendly, and they truly care about their customers.

My experience yesterday was hurtful and horrible. I came to walgreens at 7:00 pm to pick up my medication that I had received a email at 9:45am stating that it was ready. The pharmacy tech told me "the refill is old you need to come back to get it" but I saw my medication right in her hand. All she had to do was re-scan the medication. The whole time I was trying to talk to her and figure out, why I had a email stating it was ready. She wasn't even directly talking to me, or having face to face/ eye to contact. She was talking loud from the back. It was 3 people there counting her so she could of talked to me or answered one of my questions for 2 minutes. I think it was so rude and disrespectful that she didn't talk to me face to face. For me to also be a healthcare hero that bothered me because , I've never treated a patient like that. I had one item of mouthwash in my hand and I had to talk loudly since she went to the back and ask "can you check me out" she said "no i cannot you need to go to the front" so while she thought I walked away she said loudly "HA HA HA" laughing that she sent me to the front. Soon as I got home at I received a email at 7:27 stating that my medication was ready. WHY WOULD SHE TELL ME YOU NEED TO COME BACK, if it was going to be ready that same day. She was really just being rude, nasty and disrespectful. She was a older women, white, with short blonde hair. Her name started with B. I will not post her full name because I don't want this review deleted.

Terrible location. Turned away my husband by saying he isn't eligible for a COVID vaccine when it is supposed to be no questions asked if you have an appointment!

My advice to anyone is to visit this pharmacy in the day hours. I've had to go in the night and the person working was rude and no help at all.She acted like she had been drinking or on something.I didn't say anything to her.but I was in shock.i will be going to another place from now on.I don't trust her judgement dealing with my medications.
