Wow, this pharmacy has gone downhill... lines to the pharmacy counter around the aisle. Techs wandering aimlessly behind the counter. One particular tech was lost trying to find prescriptions for people. I was 4th in line and waited 20 minutes. They didn't have my presciption ready and told the lady in front of me to come back tomorrow, after she'd come back a second time. What happened to this place? It used to be consistent and professional. Not any more- take your Rx's elsewhere

This pharmacy takes forever… they never have stuff prepared and can never find your prescription quickly. Every time I come it’s a 20 minute wait

Employees are not well trained. They don't know the products or even the pamphlet explaining Walgreen's rewards programs. Employees are sloppily dressed. Some have on too much makeup, poor attitudes, and unprofessional appearance. It took four people to figure out how to do a photo book, and even then, it was done incorrectly and had to do again. Don't recommend this store to anyone.

The initial technician I spoke with about filling a prescription made lots of facial expressions that were unprofessional when they were asking me questions about why I was starting a particular medical therapy. I gave them my employer sponsored insurance card and they appeared to enter it in the the system. I would later find out they did it wrong or not at all. The medication was rejected on its face for prior authorization by the insurance even though I had called the insurance and they said it would be covered because of my overall health. Then I called the Dr. office in addition to sending them a MyChart message to expedite the prior authorization process. Days passed and I got a MyChart message that the PA was approved and the pharmacy should be filling the Rx. Gave them a couple days to call or text without any activity so I went in. The Rx was not filled because there was some kind of problem with the insurance billing entry so the technician previously had stored the Rx. Now I have to call the Dr. office and insurance again to continue fighting to get healthy again. Yay for obstruction in access to healthcare and delay of therapy. The whole prior authorization process needs to be banned. If the MD and RPh/ PharmD agree it is an appropriate therapy then insurance needs to get out of the way and stop forcing patients to either go without or pay full cash price when said insurance specifically tells you something is covered.

The cashier on the weekdays in the afternoon isn’t nice at all. I always get a mean glare and cold shoulder from her. And I visit this location quiet often. I really hope they’ll work on her customer service skills.

Location is decent but there's no drive through, which is fine, but there's always a huge line for the pharmacy inside. I always wait at least 20 min to pick up prescriptions. Then they close for break for an hour in the afternoon, sometimes they're just closed for the day if no one shows up. I know they're short staffed, everyone is right now.

They refused to give me a receipt for a purchase that was over $100. When I insisted they said I must have “electronic receipts”, which isn’t true because I never do that, and when I signed in to my account there were no listed —very sketchy. Never shopping here again.

Closed during normal business hours today (and I’m not talking about their stated lunch break). No estimate of when they will return. Ridiculous and unprofessional. If you can’t count on them to be open in the middle of the day during the work week, I don’t have much faith that they can keep to weekend business hours either. Will be moving my prescriptions somewhere else.

My meds are on auto-refill but they're not being filled.Called the pharmacy, it took a 1 hour and 30 min to get someone to answer. They said that they're behind on things. They said to use the app so I don't have to call. Now I'm using the app and it says to call the pharmacy again. So now I got to wait another hour or so to find out when I'll get my medicine, I've been out for a few days trying to figure this out. There's also long lines in the store. This pharmacy has more business than it can handle. The staff is always very kind tho. I appreciate them trying their best!**But they need double the staff.**

Where do I begin. This particular Walgreens pharmacy has inconvenienced me and put my health at risk on several occasions due to their unreliability and unprofessional behavior. I’ve lost count how many times I went to pick up and RX prescription (which I need to take everyday) and they’re closed at a time they’re supposed to be open- i.e., closing at 6 or 7 on days they’re supposed to be open til 9. A few months ago I went to pick up a prescription that I needed before a big trip and they were closed 2 hours before they were supposed to be, and that entire trip I suffered. And FYI, these are prescriptions that cannot be transferred due to their classification.Despite the numerous times they have ruined my day because these are medications I need daily to operate as a normal human being, I have never once called to complain or take it out on the staff, but what took place yesterday was extremely frustrating. I went to pick up my prescription that was “ready” on the app but - shocker - it wasn’t in store. They told me it would be 10-15 min to prepare so I left and ran some errands, which took longer than expected. At 5:55 I called to tell them I would be there exactly at 6 and to please wait before closing and I was on hold for the entire 5 minutes, probably to run out the clock. No one answered and as I am WALKING in at 6 on the dot, a staff member finally answered saying, “hi! Thanks for calling Walgreens - we’re closed. Have a great day!” and they hung up before I could say anything. I walk up to the window and sure enough the blinds are down. Given the amount of times I’ve come and they’re closed, or their computers are down and I have to come back, I was so livid and upset.I’ve never felt like this place has cared about my health. If you are like me and rely on daily medication, please consider using another pharmacy.

I have been waiting on the phone for 45 minutes with "ONE caller" ahead of me, still waiting. Trying to reach the pharmacy, information not available anywhere, captive to whoever is running the registers out front!

The staff were very helpful at this Walgreens! It seems like they work as a team, and that made the experience great for me while getting my photo order completed.

I went to Walgreens to purchase a Phillips Sonicare toothbrush. I brought one with me and a coupon to save $4. I did not find one at the outset and asked for a manager. A young manager knew nothing about refills for electric toothbrushes. She asked for the brand, and I told her it wouldn't matter. I then told her it was Sonicare. She said I had to have the brand. Not necessarily, Walgreen's might have had one to match. She obviously knew nothing about replacement toothbrushes, and walked away, so I left the store to find it somewhere else. She is a very young, inexperienced and unknowledgeable manager. I would not ask her for help with anything. The entry level staff is unprofessional and poorly trained.

Very unhappy with their pharmacy. It shouldn’t be in business. Their whole ERP system needs scrapped. I was supposed to have Rexulti ready for me. Which was in an automatic reorder. I get in there and they are out of it. She offered to give me a partial of one pill. Yes. One pill. That was worth my time and the trip.I switched places.

I am sick and attempted to pickup an antibiotic prescription today that, unknowingly, was not yet called in by my doctor’s office. I contacted the doctor’s office who said they sent it via voicemail. I waited. The pharmacist checked and didn’t find anything. The doctor’s office attempted to call directly, but the pharmacist staff were too busy to answer calls I heard coming through. The customer service is disappointing. I got up three times, stood awaiting an update whether the prescription came through. The pharmacist didn’t look at me for some time or say anything on his own to update me. There’s a mean-acting, bright blond-haired young female pharmacy tech, who I see complaining about the work and/or whatever else. Her non-verbal both facial and body gestures are surprisingly obvious. This is my 3rd time seeing her this way. After being there about an hour waiting, I put back medical purchases and left without a prescription. It became the norm to hold 10-20 minutes hoping to get through the pharmacy phone line before hanging up. It seems the norm is to be ignored. Standing in lines takes much too long time for my back and is not normal. What about the customer?I’ve been with Walgreens for 24 years and don’t like the disconnect your company presents. I will try another Walgreens location nearby at least until I research others. I will say that there is one young woman tech, who’s been there for some time. She feels like family and is still nice and courteous to me and other customers. She had twins and administers vaccines. I wish everyone else had a fraction of her professional customer service persona. I could see that she looked stressed in the back, but you couldn’t tell it when she serviced customers.I sent my above review to the Walgreens HQs in hopes that the my read this at a more elevated level. I asked them to “Bring back the health ‘care.’ “
