This staff here is so rude. I placed a photo order and tried to call and cancel it a few minutes after to order something different and the employee was super rude from the beginning & hung up the phone on me. This is multiple times this has happened.

Zero stars if I could. I switched to Meijer Pharmacy due to constant problems with the particular Wallgreens. Some staff are nice and helpful while others treat you like a dumb child and are rude. On several occasions I was told my prescription were ready only to arrive and find out they weren’t or worse they were out of stock. I highly suggest that if you need your medication in a timely manner you avoid this place like the plague it is.

Call before you go. It's frustrating to drive down there only to find pharmacy closed because there's no pharmacist on duty ... Yet, you get notified of the hours and your script is needed!
Can't i be notified not to stop by today.

Received my flu vaccine today. Requested arrival 15 minutes before appointment. Received shot 35 minutes after appointment time. Really busy pharmacy. I think they need more help!!

I usually have good experiences with one specific elderly lady who's a absolute joy. Today I had probally the rudest woman I have ever met, I did not catch her name but she never said one word to me or my mom, never said a total, never even said hi or have a good day and glared at us. If Walgreens fires this lady then I'd give them 5 stars

They do a good job and make sure they communicate with the old folks about the meds. It's not the fastest and if there is a line, settle in. but the crew can handle situations individually at a managerial/professional level that leads me to believe this is a quality pharmacy. I will continue visit for specific needs, but not my regular pharmacy.
