This store is the worst in Cincinnati Ohio. They never have pain medicine on time, terrible demeanor, unprofessional and bad service. I believe they give me placebos at times, honestly I do. I'm physically disabled and they could care less. Go to another store.

Terrible customer service , 15 min waiting to send money with western union , nobody came to help , than came manager , I told here that you have to put my phone number and information about transaction will be shown , she doesn’t know how do it .. than said to where you want. they doesn’t know how to do there job!

The Walgreens on Mitchell is a pleasant store to shop because they have great service and there's a sense of family when the employees service you. I never have drama or unprofessional situations in this store. I am well pleased with the whole inside environment in this store. This is my family's one stop shop store.

Due to childhood experiences I hate shots. My first COVID vaccine, at a clinic, I almost passed out. I had my latest COVID vaccine booster here with the pharmacy manager Duy Dao. I could hardly tell he gave me a shot. Highly recommend.

They did not have my prescription ready when they promised, and what I mean by promised is that I spoke with the pharmacist herself and she said it would be ready at a certain time. An hour later, and they had no idea I even existed. No one is there to help and so unprofessional. I will never use this pharmacy again.

My doctor call a prescription in this morning.I went about 1 they told me 2 more hours.When I get there a young Caucasian man comes to the window and asked for my prescription he tells me it's not ready and it'll be ready sometime tonight. Then tells me I am not the only customer very nasty with a attitude. Not good customer service at all. Should always be respectful to others

I'm just a little bit confused, I've been waiting for my prescription is to get filled for a week and a 1/2. I was told that there weren't going to get filled today no one never calls so as a customer. Should I come in and feel my own prescriptsend?
