I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the customer service I received from a male pharmacy assistant at this location. On January 20th, I contacted the pharmacy with a simple question and was met with unprofessional behavior, including being belittled and yelled at over the phone.
When I later visited the pharmacy to pick up my prescription, this same individual continued to display a negative and confrontational attitude. This is not an isolated incident; I have had similar negative experiences with this employee in the past. This pattern of poor behavior ultimately led me to transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy.
In my opinion, customer service is paramount in a pharmacy setting. This employee's behavior is unacceptable and suggests that he requires significant retraining in customer relations. I believe his current attitude is detrimental to the Walgreens brand and negatively impacts customers' healthcare experience. I hope that management will address this issue promptly to prevent similar situations from occurring in the future.

Rude manager. There is no exit or enter sign!!!! As I was walking in he mumbled to who I’m assuming is his daughter. This is the exit and she said stupid people don’t know how to walk…. There is no sign saying exit or enter!!!! This is so rude!!! Especially it coming from a manager there!!!

This walgreens has very nice and knowledgeable staff. One of the cleanest walgreens i've been to as well everything is extremely organized and neat. The bathrooms are also very clean. The prices at walgreens are reasonable for the quality of their brand of products. As well i've never had to wait in a line longer than a minute if that. I also wanted to give a good review about Lily R., she greeted me with a smile and was very helpful in assisting me with getting what I need.

Out Walgreens always had a pleasant staff until Jerrod in photos came. He’s flippant & not about to stop what he’s doing to help you. Now the clerk at the front register is a teddy bear.

Drive through covid testing was fine, but I didn't see any signage to direct me. There was only one drive through lane open for testing (by appointment) & prescriptions.

This is a mixed review because the staff is awesome and very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My complaint is RX prices. I just picked up a prescription and it was 18. With insurance and good rx had it at Meijer for 11. I paid it since I was in a hurry and hurting but I will not be getting my prescriptions here anymore. Everything else about this particular location is awesome! It's one of the friendliest Walgreens I've ever been in! Kudos!

Mckayla in the photo center went above and beyond to help me print some screen shots off of my phone. She was kind and very knowledgeable about how to retrieve the info I needed and was very curtious. She should get a raise !!!
