This store needs to educate their staff on the difference between the light blue Walgreens rewards card and the My Walgreens synchrony mastercard, that start at $20.00. I've recently tried using these mastercard rewards to no avail at this location. With the manager not understanding it either. Which then leads me to the Walgreens on Northbend and Westfork that gladly accepts and understands it!!! Possibly your staff should train at this other location or the Galbraith/Winton Rd location because these other stores get it.

Visiting from out of town and needed a prescription filled quick. They were able to get it done within 15 minutes! Great staff and service.

The pharmacist should rethink his decision to work with the public. Accompanied my friend to buy some drawing needles for his medication. First the tech, blonde lady with nice makeup, asked him what they were for. He said medication, she said they didn't have any. Friend asked for a less desirable alternative to the requested gauge, we were told to speak to the pharmacist. He asked if we had a prescription, friend showed him. Perhaps it was because the pharmacist then saw it was for testosterone and maybe he's a bigot, but he said he couldn't sell them. When my friend asked what type of medication would he sell them for, the pharmacist raised his voice and told us he was allowed to refuse service for any reason. Yes, he does have that right, but perhaps he should rethink his decision to work with people if a simple clarifying question sets him off like that.

The inside pharmacist not taking care for the customers and she was unhelpful with me, she is not even look and ask what to do or how to help, just go and find the medication by urself

I went to Walgreens on May 20th at approximately 11pm and I was greeted by the most cheerful and pleasant lady that was working up front. People always complain about what's wrong but I wanted to give a shout out to her for her excellent customer service!!

I have to transfer my prescriptions to Walgreens because my insurance suddenly decided to require it. So I dropped off a bottle from a different pharmacy. The technician put a detailed note on the bottle to get it transferred. Three weeks later: No word, no text, no call, nothing. I call Walgreens asking what happened. They claimed that they never received it even though I dropped off the bottle! Then they claimed that I had to call the other pharmacy because they were the ones who didn't transfer it. OK, fine. I called the other pharmacy and the pharmacist there told me that they HAD transferred it, but that they would call Walgreens and tell them that. Will I ever get the prescription? Who knows? All I know is that this Walgreens pharmacy doesn't seem to care much about its customers.

Pharmacy had a great deal of trouble filling my prescriptions. Part of the problem was my insurance, and that is not Walgreen's fault. However, in the past few visits things seemed very dysfunctional here. I got fed up and told them to cancel my order. The Pharmacist then commented "That's good". Why is it good? What a shame, I have used this branch my whole life.
