Pharmacy had a great deal of trouble filling my prescriptions. Part of the problem was my insurance, and that is not Walgreen's fault. However, in the past few visits things seemed very dysfunctional here. I got fed up and told them to cancel my order. The Pharmacist then commented "That's good". Why is it good? What a shame, I have used this branch my whole life.

I purchased a photo book 11/17/23 was informed by email my purchase was ready for pickup, I went to pickup my order and they couldn’t find it so manager looked in the system stated it was delivered by UPS day before I was there. Got a call from manager 12/17/23 they would reorder it and I would get a refund but was never refunded for the error and I would get a call once they received it so I never got a call. I called them and employee Becca went above and beyond to help me that is the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one.

Need to reevaluate pharmacy. Sat in the drive through for 14 minutes only to be consistently ignored by some woman with blonde hair.

Westwood had the heating pad we wanted but couldn’t take our points. Monfort Heights didn’t have heating pads but had A&W root beer. Colerain had the heating pads, A&W, Fast-Acting Tylenol AND took our points!Out of the way convenience wise but we were happy.

Again, second time your staff denied me my medication. I tested positive for Covid, you refused my medication..during to no info...I picked up my husband's Covid med for Covid no questions asked. I got 3 medications last week for me...nothing asked..you have my info ...should I have to go to hospital after you refusing my meds and I've had stage 4 cancer and stem cell transplant...we will contact a lawyer.

If you ever want to waist your time and ruin your mood be a customer of this pharmacy, not sure where people got their degree to work there, but they don’t know anything and unless it is simple tasks I think my dog will give me a better advice. They keep telling me that I need to do different things and after I did one then they would come up with another, like a little game for them I think. Waisted 2 days of my of my life talking to unintelligent people instead of enjoying my family. The male pharmacist( don’t know the name, so unprofessional that didn’t even introduce himself ) is super rude, never should be in any customer services or around people in general, stocking the store after hours is more suitable job for him. I stopped by there few times and heard him talk to other people and was surprised then, but now I finally was unlucky to experience his terrible attitude on me. He talk down to me and were just playing with my medication, because he can, even after my doctor called and my insurance called and everything was proven to him, he still treated me like a junky and wanted just to make me swirl a little bit more. Someone like that should never have any power over anything that can effect human life’s. Horrible experience!!!! still get my my prescription, but had to almost fight for it and read so many complaints about rude pharmacist that I don’t even understand why nobody in charge pays attention to any of the comments also some lady that I keep getting transferred to was like a parrot, repeating herself, like she doesn’t have brain to even offer a solution ( and I don’t even know what her role is, because she also did not introduce herself ) people like that should not be handling serious prescription, maybe vitamins max…

0/5 if possible. The worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. I went to the er this morning and they did not have my medication so they sent the refill here. It has been an entire day and it will not be ready until tomorrow morning. I will be complaining to corporate. I could have a stroke without this medication and the refill was sent as an emergency. The pharmacist clearly have no time management skills and left me on hold for half an hour before hanging up on me. I couldn't even talk to a human about getting it fixed.

My family & I have been visiting this location for quit some time now. I feel discriminated @ this point. I use metro as my form of transportation. With that being said I carry reusable bags. Lately theres been allot of new employees harassing me and following. It's been quit disturbing. Now I took action held an employee accountable. So I'm being told not to go there. This has to stop happening. Every individual has their way of living, shopping ECT.

They have the worst pharmacy staff EVER. They will lie because they are to lazy to verify. They are rude & condescending when you call them out on their stupidity They have messed up my monthly prescription 4 months in a row......

This pharmacy has gone down hill. They are nothing but a corporate money making company and we are just a number. I have been waiting on a seizure medication for six days now. Such a disappointment. Wish we had an independent family run pharmacy around. Switching all my scripts. They make their own hours. Hate this place!@@

I had the worst service at this location by a young girl that looked like she rolled out of bed and came to work in pajamas. If you’re going to have employees treat your customers disrespectfully then you all need some more training or to be a little more picky on who you hire. Rude, bad hygiene, worst customer service and no professionalism at all. Im 40yrs old she is lucky she didn’t play with me 20 yrs ago!! But she definitely needs somebody to teach her how to respect others and herself!

Nicest cashier in the whole world ! Better keep he she is the greatest ! She really knows how to help custmers when they're down . I arrived hopeless and left with joy in my heart . She is one of a kind :)

Why make appointments for vaccinations?They never take you on time. Filled out the forms online and the process is still long. 10 min for pharmacist to "register" and another 15 min for the pharmacist to come out to administer the shot. Same thing happened on previous appointments.
