I’ve never been greeted so warmly by staff at Walgreens. Normally that’s somewhere I go when I absolutely have no other choice because of the chaos and lack of mature staff, but this location is so different! Kathy very kindly helped me with a FedEx drop off, and Cincy and Latisha were really friendly and efficient at the registers. I always like to compliment a place when I see it’s running well ☺️

I have been sitting in the drive thru now for twenty minutes and have only moved up one car. Every time I come here, it's an irritating experience.

I’ve tried to give this Pharmacy location (Walgreens on Hamilton Ave/N. College Hill) chance after chance to get it right but they always seem to disappoint me with their lack of organizational skills and poor customer service (i.e. rude, no interest in helping customers in front of them).
Today, I had to get out of the drive-thru lane because it took entirely too long only to go inside to have the person stop helping me to run and help the person working the window/drive thru. It was extremely frustrating that the woman was clueless as to what she did and didn’t understand me telling her I was in a rush. I definitely will be going to another location. Hope they get it together sooner rather than later!

Inadequate staffing, extremely slow and uncaring service. One of the drive through lanes will be closed on some evenings without any signage to indicate.

This pharmacy is constantly out of my medication even though I have been a regular customer there for months now, with an on file prescription. So you’d think they would make sure they ordered enough to at least cover their regulars, but no.
They are rude, completely emphatic, and slow.to get you serviced. Most of the time you will have at least a 15 min wait just to speak to someone. Also they changed their call system recently, so you can’t directly speak to the pharmacy without being on the phone for 10 mins either.
If I had a vehicle & was able
to drive to a different Pharmacy, I most certainly would. Do your self a favor and get any different pharmacy, if you can.

I have chosen to Fire Walgreens after 15 years.
After my experience of the pharmacist yelling and screaming at my daughter and over a prescription that we didn’t understand after a traumatic accident. He decided on his own without consulting with my primary care provider and just a hospital PA. This guy flipped out yelled and screamed pounded on the counter of the drive-through when we were just asking a question to find out what was going on with the prescription, after waiting two hours for a prescription when we were told it would be 15 minutes then it would be 45 minutes that turned into 2 hours.
After calling the hospital and speaking with the PA . It was the pharmacist decision he made on his own and the PA did not have a problem with my prescription. The pharmacist made the call not to give me the medication.
So from here, I decided not to fill another prescription at a Walgreens and to see what other actions I can take.

I had to completely stop coming here even though it's a pain to go somewhere else. Repeatedly ignored at the drive-thru. When a pharm tech does come to the window they consistently help the other person that just rolled up. They'll say my script isn't filled when they sent me a pick-up reminder the day before. They'll say it'll be ready in 15 minutes; I'll come back the next day it it still won't be ready, and they'll say it's out of stock. Or other times I won't get a message at all when my script actually is ready. If I am lucky enough to get my order filled, they'll put my card on top of the bag and not in the bag so that it blows away in the wind when I open the return box from the drive thru. I'd understand the occasional mishap, but these antics happen just about every time now. Unless you absolutely need to go to a 24-hr store, go to the CVS on Colerain inside the Target.

Half the time it's fine. The other half of the time? They screw up your prescription, check out your online order before you pick it up, or tell you they don't do curbside pickup when they actually do.

This location has efficiency and cleanliness issues. The pharmacist is not customer centered and is not in control of the environment. We had a terrible experience there recently and left empty handed after an hour. It was not worth our time. The young lady at the register in the pharmacy was not the issue, overall. She was very sweet. Efficiency was ann issue. Also, free flu shots is a lie. They said our insurance didn’t work with them (Anthem). Then they said they’d waive the fee. Then they said just kidding. Then the pharmacist wanted to know why we didn’t fill in any online paperwork. We filled out paperwork there. And if they needed more, we were literally there for an hour. Hopefully, we didn’t catch Covid from this debacle. Never to return again.
