I had the worst experience EVER at this store today. Had an issue with register rewards asked to speak to the manager and this person who said his name was Doug was the nastiest, rudest ,most unprofessional person I have ever encountered in my 66 years on this earth. Has absolutely no business being in any kind of customer service position

I always enjoy Walgreens and the coupon savings they have. The cash reward deals come in great to save money. The stores are clean and the employees are friendly.

Totally unreliable. Edit- manager called me after my complaint, apologized and said they have a few new hires in the pharmacy. Will make sure they will handle things more efficiently

Absolutely the worst pharmacy experience 9 out of 10 times I come here, I pick up prescriptions once a month, told prescriptions are ready, when I arrive they are not ready, yesterday told 3 out of 4 were ready, I said I will come back tomorrow when the 4th one was ready, only the 2 were ready and not the 2 that were originally ready the day before. On 2 other occasions I was given someone else's prescriptions. Horrible way to conduct business. Update I found the message sent to me on August 27th from Walgreens stating that all 4 prescriptions are ready, today is August 28th WTH

Just called to inquire about a prescription. I think her name was Michelle. Michelle in pharmacy was condescending and rude. After I told her the name of the medication, she simply told me I couldn’t refill it until tomorrow and HUNG UP. Walgreens your staff needs customer service training!! I already moved from the Walgreens in Springdale because the technician thought it was okay to ask my personal business over the drive-thru intercom. Maybe it’s time to take my business to CVS!

I like this store but today, not a great experience with cx service, I ordered delivery for 4 items and specifically marked no substitutions and ended up getting substuitions so I paid for products I didn't want. I called cx service about it and they didnt ask any questions or offer help just a vauge apology after making sure to inform me it was the fault of whoever pulled the order in the store.

Horrible pharmacy experience. I had scheduled Covid booster shot but it didn’t show up in their system. They say they are booked out 2 weeks out but the app allows to book appointment and they turn you back. Go to other location. Don’t waste your time.
