Best to skip this pharmacy altogether. They are mean and rude and have no empathy. My 81-year-old mother goes to pick up her medicine because she can't hear too well they make her walk inside now. They are consistently getting the amount of medication wrong and sometimes even the medication. There's only one older male pharmacist that was nice and I think he's gone. Definitely not recommend it especially if you're a senior citizen.

Cashier was very kind and professional, however we wanted to order 50 Photo Christmas cards but the kiosks did not work. We tried one an then moved to the other. She tried to help but after 3 attempts failed we left. DISAPPOINTED ☹️

The store is clean and fairly well stocked. However, 7:00 is an absurdly early time for a pharmacy to close.

Love the store but won’t be back due to pharmacy. I’ll be blunt, I have cancer and I am prescribed medication from my oncologist. OHC calls every 28th day to refill (not me) and every time I’m am asked why do I need it early. Most people request a refill on the 28th day for room due to any issues. It’s literally in Wallgreens pharmacy policy to do so. Saves everyone time and hassle. But kept getting asked why so early even in front of other waiting for meds. Every time this happens it’s an attitude or judgement. This past Monday Liz answer the phone and rudely told me she didn’t have it and wouldn’t refill it even if she did. I called another Wallgreens and the confirmed she had my meds so she lied. I stayed respectful and contacted OHC and filed a formal complaint with corporate about the staff. Corporate listened to the phone call and found Liz was in the wrong for her behavior and passing her self off as a pharmacist by making a decision to not fill my meds that I needed. My oncologist called and talked to her personally and told her to fill the meds immediately and she can not override him on filling my much needed meds. so she did. The staff didn’t bother to ask what I was going through (very painful and stressful) in private. Assumed I was a user and or drug dealer (said as much to my face) in front of customers. I hope Liz finds compassion with people who need meds and are going through life and death situations instead of being rude, dismissive, and controlling. She needs classes or find another job. You should not treat a cancer patient (any patient) like she did and the head pharmacist Chris or Brad…whatever his name is I hope just learns to be human and realize he can not override a doctor based off him having a god complex.

I can finally edit my review! The Walgreens at Corbly and Beechmont, in Mt. Washington, has finally gotten better??… I go to the pharmacy quite often now, and have gotten my vaccinations there as well, and have been treated positively and humanely! Thank you for getting your act together, Neighborhood Walgreens… I appreciate it 200%!!

Liz the pharmacist technician is absolutely the sweetest. She goes above and beyond for her customers. Hands down I would recommend this pharmacy. They have nothing but compassion for there customers.

Absolutely horrible, have been trying to get my prescription from them for a week now, doctors office said everything is good on their end so this store needs to get their act together and figure out what’s going on behind the counter because some of us need our meds daily.

Getting prescriptions is a nightmare and if they require a syringe for said prescription...please be prepared to go on a wild goose chase and hear the pharmacy techs talk s*** about you over the drive thru speaker. Diabetes isn't uncommon. Just a sad experience overall.

Many/most items in the store have little yellow tags that have the price and "Buy one get one 1/2 Off, ...or free". Apparently this is only with a Walgreens savings program or card you have to register for, but it says nothing about that anywhere until after you're scanned in at the cashier and you look stupid after asking about the discount you expected. At least at Kroger the discount tags say "with Kroger Plus Card"
