Don't use this location for your meds if you need your refills on time. This location will likely be closed soon because of their issues with customer service at the pharmacy. Save yourself the aggravation and trouble and go to a CVS.

Walgreens Pharmacy on Northland Boulevard provides amazing service and attention, even when they are understaffed. Everyone at the front of the store also is welcoming and very helpful.

I don't understand why they keep you in line for so long. If they are having trouble finding your medication maybe they should ask you to come in or drive around to the back of the line.

I will not continue to fill my rx with this pharmacy anymore. Not only was the pharmacist inpatient and told me specifically he had no time to argue with customers but after a full year of filling my rx with them now they want to switch up and tell me I can't get my medication even though I was able to get my medication 2 days early, it was so convenient. All I wanted was to gain understanding of the changes, and the reason behind it. But all I received was attitude so I'm glad Axios is buying up Walgreens. My business will go elsewhere

Instead of staggering their meal breaks for the pharmacy, the entire pharmacy takes a meal break at the same time and closes. The pharmacy is closed from 1:30pm-2:00pm

This store went from a 24 hr location to closing at 11pm. That’s such a let down by this company I struggle to find the words to describe my feelings. Ever since COVID, there aren’t many 24/7 locations for anything, and now this?!?! This was my one 24hr store that I could trust to be open when I needed something at an odd hour. Now then next two closest locations open all night are at least five miles from here and over a 15 min drive. SMH. This grinds my gears. Big time. Switch back to what ppl have come to know this location for, but if you don’t, at least have the consideration of taking down the 24 hr bit of signage: otherwise, the glowing red numerals and text along the top edge of the outer wall is just another slap in the face.

It would be nice to know you guys are closed when we Google you... Since it takes 10 to 15 minutes for anyone to answer the phone we all have to use Google and when we drive out of the way to go to that location and your clothes with a piece of paper in your window instead of a time change on Google it's pretty damn irritating so which one of you guys are giving us gas money no one I didn't think so..If you run a business or own a business be a professional.. be lucky if anybody wants to come to that place anymore

This pharmacy treats the customer contemptuously, they are racist, after you turn your back they mock and laugh at you when you cannot find the correct medicine in the pharmacy. It really shouldn't have even one star.
