Just used this pharmacy for the first time after my insurance was no longer accepted at Kroger. They made the process fast and super easy. Excellent service. Should’ve made this change earlier.

The pharmacy staff at this location are absolutely wonderful!!! You do not get this type of service at large chains usually but they truly make every encounter pleasant. The pharmacists Jason & Jennifer are top notch and feel so lucky to have them in our community!Please disregard the negative comments you see, sometimes the individuals who live in this area are entitled and unrealistic on expectations. I’ve witnessed people acting so immature at this pharmacy far too many times, but the staff always stay professional.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever seen and I've been in the business for over 15 years.I walked in 45 mins after they opened and stand at the front register for 10 mins before I ever see an employee. When one finally pops up in the photo lab, she ignores me until i finally have to get her attention. I ask is someone can help me at the register and she rudely tells me to come over to her instead of sending someone to the front register where there should always be an employee. I have a return I need to make with a digital receipt which I've always gotten since they started doing them over 2 years ago. Instead of calling for help or admitting she doesn't know what she's doing she proceeds to bitch in front of me about how I should just get a paper receipt so that it's "easier for the employees". That's when I lost it. Are you fucking kidding me? You'd rather kill trees or have people lose receipts and not be able to return items then learn how to do your job properly!?!? 15 mins after wasting my time and a line has now formed at the front register I insist on calling the manager up for help since she clearly has no idea what she's doing. The manager that comes up is just as rude as her. Insists that I need my card for my refund when it was purchased on Apple Pay which is a debit card and I Have NEVER had to provide it before. And now I see the refund was never put on my card so I will be contacting corporate and better business bureau. They should just install self checkouts here if they except the customers to know how to do the job that the employees should be doing. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED with this location and staff.

The pharmacy assistant, pharmacist and the cashier at this location were all super nice. It's so convenient to get flu shots here for both adults and kids. It's a great setup for customers to fill out the consent forms online ahead of time.

Walgreens is misleading on their coupon, she wouldn’t give me 5.00 off on required amount to spend, they trick you into the 5.00 off to bring you back in there thinking you will get the 5.00 off. I am done with all Walgreens! Going to CVS

The manager here is telling employees to only wear masks if they feel like they are in view of the camera. This is not okay at all. I am contacting the corporate offices and reporting this as well. Cancer patients and children come into these stores expecting safe care. Not selfish acts of defiance.

I filled out all the Covid Booster shot questions online and get a confirmation code which I bring to Walgreens. They don’t have any of the information so I have to redo it. I download the Walgreens questionnaire and bring it there. They won’t accept the Walgreen form at the Walgreen store and I have to redo it. There is one person ahead of me. It takes them 30 minutes to give two of us the shot. The shot literally took 20 seconds. What a mess!

I would ignore most of these negative reviews. This is an area of Cincinnati where people do not like to follow rules and feel entitled. I witnessed this first hand today. An unreasonable woman bypassing all rules and demanding a booster shot. Her cursing and antics were troubling to watch. The staff was polite and professional. They are BUSY. Sit down, shut up, and wait your turn!

I had an awful experience at Walgreens on Wooster Pike with Jenny, Julie and Jennifer. I visited the drive through to receive a COVID test at 10am. I did not receive an email with my results, so I called. Julie notified me that the test was negative, but she could not have it emailed to me. However, I could come back to Walgreens to get a paper copy of the test. Turns out, the paper copy had someone else's name on it. I spoke with Jenny, as well. Both were extremely rude and de-meaning. They did not acknowledge my concern to get the test results quickly. I showed up to retake the test and requested the paper copy, as well. They shared that they had shredded it. Jennifer asked me to leave the drive through while I waited for the test results. I refused as I needed a paper stating my test results. She threatened to call the authorities on me because I was not leaving. I eventually left because I did not want to waste any more of my time than they already had. It's crazy to think that the "system" messed up the tests because if it were medication, it could have been much more series. I am very disappointed in the service that I received. Julie, Jenny and Jennifer were unprofessional and extremely rude. The worst part is Jennifer threatening to call the authorities on me. I will be choosing CVS Pharmacy from here on out!
