Take forever way to long. My Dr. Sends my script on the computer. Instantly their, anyway the mane reason I stopped using walgreens. They are way to expensive, and my prescription is a different price every single time!! Frustrating!!

Dont go here. Their customer service is actually vile, they have transphobes in the pharmacy, and on the floor, super cool to hear about my friends being dead named and misgendered INTENTIONALLY by staff, absolutly profound behavior and if this place was good (which it isn't) those people wouldn't have jobs.

Don’t ever make a mistake and lose anything here. I accidentally tossed my keys In Their trash can and they wouldn’t let me jump into the dumpster to get them. What could’ve been a ten minute fix turned into my girlfriend’s birthday being ruined and spending a lot of money for a new key. Terrible customer service, no effort was even made to help. I wouldn’t buy water here if I was about to die of dehydration.

Every time Ive had to interact with the staff at this location they come off as despondent and inconvenienced, as though theyd sooner have the roof collapse on them than interact with you.

Do not come here for prescriptions. Few weeks ago they gave my roommate someone else's meds, and he had to argue with them that they weren't his. Turns out, they had given my roommates meds to this other person already.
A week ago i put in for a very necessary medication. The app said it would be filled Monday. Great. It wasn't filled Monday, they waited until Monday to figure out they didn't have a refill for me? (They should've had six) I called to make sure, the lady told me they didn't have the medication, and promised me she was putting it on the order and it would be in the next day. I even told her "i have to take it every day or i die".
I call today and... Surprise! they didn't order my medication. Luckily the pharmacist with my doctor called around the area and CVS actually had the medication.

Didn’t bother to tell us that they had not even ordered my child’s prescription that they were out of. We are still waiting and it’s been over a week.

Phil and the crew are amazing. Having previously worked in pharmacy myself I like to believe I know good customer service when I see it and they are always incredible.

Been trying to have prescriptions transferred to a different pharmacy since Wednesday. So far no action. They take too long to fill prescriptions. Will never use this location again
