Cashier had a bad attitude. They don’t honor clearance items and claim that people move stuff around and what I had wasn’t on clearance.

Been going here for decades, great store, but recently there has been a young man that works there that is just so nice and pleasant to talk to while checking out. Really good guy. This evening 6/16 like 4pm was my latest encounter with him. So friendly and a good worker give him a raise!

Check your receipt before leaving. I was charged for items I did not get and when I called they said I had to bring the non existent items back to get a $3 credit. I called them 8 minutes after leaving there.

I almost have no complaints about the store in all honesty but I do have to say something about the delivery system. Gotta be honest, Door Dash is not cutting it. I DO get that sometimes stuff will be out, I just don’t understand how something can be “delivered” when it has not arrived and not even get said items period. Maybe they forgot but speaking as a driver myself at one point, I would have made sure I’d let the customer know if they had things in stock or not. It’s not just Walgreens either. I had a similar issue with other stores that use Door Dash to handle delivery’s. I don’t want to blame Walgreens entirely, but I would only use delivery again if I know that ACTUAL Walgreens staff would deliver it themselves or at least have it ready for drivers to pick up because I know they would have the keen eye for detail. Big ask I’m sure, but I’m just tired of having repeated occurrences.

Every single visit, the pharmacists, pharmacy employees, and Walgreens staff are kind, attentive, and extremely efficient. I always leave with a smile.
With my most recent trip, my vet didn’t have the meds for my sick hedgehog, so they sent me to Walgreens. The folks at the pharmacy treated me with such compassion it almost made me cry. They took the time to spell our names correctly and were so kind about the whole experience.
By far the best Walgreens I’ve been to, and the only one I prefer.

Stopped in for milk at 7 pm on a Saturday. I got like $30 of other stuff that we really didn't need but then they were out of milk. And this isn't the first time this has happened.That being said the staff was good. And when there was a long line another person opened the second register.

I needed to get a prescription filled quickly. I called ahead to make sure they could get it filled before closing time. They gave me an estimated pickup time. They were able to get it filled and give me guidance on how best to use the prescription effectively. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Customer service is dead at this location. Walgreens has chosen to underpay and understaff, but we have never been treated so rudely by a professional pharmacist. Shame on you.
