My company changed insurance plans. The first time back to Walgreens my prescription was a lot more than it was with my old insurance. This time I worked with Clara and she had it all worked out in 5 minutes. Thank you Clara!

The pharmacy service is terrible. I went through the drive-thru 1st and several cars pulled off because they got tired of waiting. When I pulled up to the window, I waited an additional 10 minutes before I had to ring the call button. The prescription wasn't ready! I left and came back 10 minutes later and the attendant told me my insurance didn't cover the prescription which was a bold-faced lie considering I've had the same insurance for 15 years. Another attendant helped the liar and I waited an additional 30 minutes as this person told several other customers the same lie. Walgreens sucks and CVS is no better. They both take all the profit instead of investing in hard-working, compassionate employees. I don't think the young people in there realize they are playing with people's lives.

This store needs to train (retrain their employees) on the difference between the regular blue Walgreens reward card and the My Walgreens Synchrony mastercard!!! First off why can't the manager and employee (s') not understand when a customer wants to use their Mastercard reward? That START at $20.00 and that IT'S NOT THE SAME as just using your rewards card!!!!! You corporate people issues/instill this but your store employees no NOTHING about it. Then wanna give you an attitude when your trying to explain it to them!!! Very frustrating and not really an overall good system....The only stores that know what I'm talking about is the Northbend/Westfork roads and Galbraith/Winton roads. Maybe employees should train with these stores so Walgreens can fulfill their card obligations to customers.

Our online pickup order was a little late but we had already arrived at the store when we got the notification. We went in to see if we could get it sooner. A young man named Shy found it wasn't pulled yet and offered to take care of it for us. He provided quick, courteous service with a smile on his face! That's rare in today's world, so we really appreciated him.

Delayed a prescription for my daughter for 5 days because of lack of communication and willingness to help. Reached out to the manager of the pharmacy and was put on hold after she didn't like how the conversation was going. The staff is rude and lies.

I typically try to only leave reviews when I receive exceptional service but it's been hours and I'm still pretty upset with the customer service at this pharmacy. It's one person really making the whole atmosphere extremely negative. I've been in person and on the phone and I should really not feel like I'm inconveniencing this person for asking legitimate questions. Really horrible attitude about everything. Leave your baggage at the door girl. You got this.

Changed my medication pick up date, so now I have to wait an extra 2-3 days for meds I need! I keep getting different answers,I will definitely be changing Pharmacies! I definitely don't recommend this store!

I went in for three vaccinations that I had scheduled online. I had to wait 30 minutes, but it was not their fault. They were very busy and there were issues in trying to input my information - issues due to a national cyber attack on pharmacies last month. ? The staff was very friendly and professional. Alexis gave me my vaccines and I was on my way. Thank you!
