If you have a pickup order here- please be prepared to wait for at least 20 minutes. If you were expecting something more akin to target's online pickup- you will be sorely disappointed. I am certain there was one man working the pickup area and he was very overwhelmed. Do better Walmart!

Where do I even begin? First, the parking lot hasn't been cleaned in what looked like weeks. I literally had to serpentine around trash and debris in the lot...fast food bags, plastic cups, dirty diapers, you name it, I saw it. Second, all of their carts need front-end alignments because they all pull one direction or another. Today was the first time I had been in since their "remodel" was completed. The only thing different is the clothing department. I appreciate the effort of trying to make it look upscale, but it also looks like you upscaled the prices too. I am floored at some of the prices I saw. Several different styles of cheap-looking, ankle boots they have the audacity to ask almost $30.00 for. You can get far better quality shoes at tj maxx for that amount. There are no cashiers. Not a one. You have to use the U-scan. Poor lady had a cart filled to the brim with grocery items and looked all around hoping to see an open register. Then I heard her say to another customer "I really have to scan all of this myself?" I don't know what happened to this location, but it is not looking good. I'd rather drive up to the Mason Walmart. They have the best customer service and selection of products than any other Walmart in the city...and I can actually walk from my car to the front entrance without rolling my ankle stepping on trash.

I want to report one of the managers at Walmart named Tosha. She was on duty at six she was cussing out one of the employees she was calling her all out her name and I just walked by and I looked. I just looked and I said to myself, if that was me, I think I would've beat her ass up in that store the way she was talking to that employee, she does not know how to be a manager you do not talk to your employees that way, and I really don't know what else to say. I just kept on walking through the store and came across her again and she was cussing out another employee you really need to get rid of her if she's going to talk to your employees that way they're gonna all quit. She needs to have some kind of training or something or take her back and make her learn some people skills because if she keeps talking that way to the employees they're gonna whoop her ass.

They've remodeled this store recently and moved everything around. Not much is in its former place and it looks as if the outdoor/plant area is permanently closed. The beauty department now has its own cashier (when someone is actually manning it) and you pay for your items before leaving that area. I'm guessing to help cut down on theft. The whole store has been cleaned up and it looks so much better! The checkout lanes have been widened and several more self-scan checkouts have been added. I don't think I have ever been in this place and not had to wait a long time to check out - until recently. The employees are still scarce and they are still unfriendly and unhelpful when you find them. Also, the Customer Service desk is frequently closed. Lights off and closed at almost any time of the day. I'm so glad this store has been cleaned up and reorganized. I hope it stays that way.

Safe amid COVID-19 but terrible service. Wait times at checkout and returns can be 20-40 minutes. Usually there are 10%-20% of the lines open. Many times the service counter isn't even open.

Terrible service, took a rational customer complain about closing down the u-scan, leaving 1 aisle open for a lot of people, in order to get another aisle opened up. I find it absurd that there were enough employees standing around on their phones to open up every aisle and then some. Had I been the manager in charge I'd have fired everyone standing around

Amidst the Covid-19 pandemic I needed some grocery items. They were out of sanitizer wipes for the grocery carts! No hand sanitizer at the door either nor did they have paper towels. This absolutely makes me reevaluate which stores really have our best interest in mind...good thing I came prepared and had my own sanitizer.

This store is just horrendous. I've been there three or four times, and today was the last time I'll ever step foot in there. Disorganized, empty shelves and racks, employees look like zombies. (I saw one employee today standing in the cheese/lunchmeat isle doing nothing other than staring into the abyss for well over five minutes). The entire store is a complete mess, and there were very few customers in the store on a Tuesday at 10am, so being busy is not the issue. It's just mismanaged. Save yourself the aggravation and pick a different Walmart or a different chain altogether.

Walmart has so much "stuff".... But... Each time I go (becoming fewer and fewer) its always the final step.. Check out lanes . So many lanes and you're lucky if 2 are open. Wait. Wait. Wait. Cheap management. Even at the busiest holiday season... 3 lanes . Wow! Get ready to be annoyed. I didn't even want to give this one star. There should be an option for "no star".

I had ordered 2 items on-line to be picked up at this store location. Based on the reviews, I wasn't looking forward to picking up my items and I certainly wasn't planning on shopping there. I was very pleasantly surprised to find the store to be clean and spacious. The shelves were stocked and there were employees all thru-out the store. Rather than make my next shopping stop at the Kroger, I decided to stay and do my shopping at the Walmart Super Center. Even the Christmas aisle which is usually a hot mess by January 8th, was orderly and neat. My order pick-up was efficient as was my check-out...there were plenty of lines and people were moving along. Positive experience...I'll go back should I need household grocery items.

Sept 22 2019 5:48 pm 5 lanes open 15 people in line. No managers anywhere in sight. Customer service lights are out. It's filthy. There are no carts/baskets. Ba hum bug.

Let me start by saying what a beautiful entrance into where Walmart is. They had a little pond, a fountain and a little bridge in the garden area. Set our mood driving in as we have never seen a Walmart with such a beautiful approach The parking lot is huge. Wasn't busy and the store is really large. As Walmart goes I would say this one was cleaner and more tidy than most. Finding someone to help was not so great and they seemed to work at a snails pace. Ended up they did not have what we needed but overall I though a nice Walmart

ZERO STARS. Terrible online order, delivery and customer service experience I have ever had . NEVER order anything to be delivered to this store. My fiancé and I had an over 400 dollar online order to be delivered to this store. A table, benches and some stools were expected to be delivered to this store. Table expected on the first Wednesday after we ordered it and the stools weren't supposed to be there until the second Monday after we ordered it. Delivery date was delayed twice. Finally said order was ready went to store only the benches for the table were there, on a Thursday. Lady said the table would be in Saturday. Got a message Friday saying our order had come in. Show up Saturday to pick table up and it's not a table it's a mattress. The guy called Walmart.com phone number and handed my Fiancé the phone to figure out our order in the back of Walmart. Guy on the phone barely spoke any English and you couldn't understand a word the guy said. Finally got a confirmation that our table would be there the following Wednesday. So all we have are the benches. No table and no stools. Next day I get an email that they canceled our stool order and refunded our money and the stools weren't even supposed to be in for another week. No phone call just an email that they canceled it. Show up Wednesday (3rd time) for the table it's NOT there. This is the third time at the store different days and time and there is not one manager or person there that can help us. They had us call Walmart.com AGAIN and try to figure it out ourselves. This lady spoke English alright and was so rude and unhelpful saying all that she can do is apologize in a rude tone over and over. At this point we just want our table that goes with the benches we have and to be done with it all. We come back the next day and our table is finally there. Still no manager but the employee says that we should get a phone call to try to work something out for our stools. Shocker we never got a call. I will never order anything from Walmart again. In the end the process was almost a month long for something that was supposed to be delivered in 1-2 weeks.You would think an almost 500 dollar order would be a priority but apparently not. Awful experience.
