If you don't have high expectations, the Ferguson Rd. Walmart is for you. If you use the home delivery service and don't mind driver's making multiple stops and back tracking with your order, the Ferguson Rd. Walmart is for you. You might get spoiled food and items you didn't order. So if you like free stuff this location is for you.If you like paying a membership fee and spending lots and lots of time chatting with customer service taking the convenience out of having a shopping and delivery service, this Walmart is for you!I've had Amazon Fresh (don't expect to talk to a person in customer service)Kroger Boost ( great for having refrigerated/freezer trucks and No tipping options) the app and billing practices might make you livid from time especially if your credit card starts flagging them and blocking them during online shopping. I've never had that issue in person. Believe me it takes a long time on phone with Kroger and the credit card company. By the time you're done, your not even hungry anymore.I've used Instacart (by far the best as shoppers go)None have been perfect and each have something that might set you off from time to time. However, when it comes perks and overall pricing Walmart is unmatched. Daytime delivery service at this Walmart is way better than late evening. Late evening driver's will scan the order for delivery and then drop the order without notifying you. They might make a few stops along the way, give you stuff you didn't order and give some of your stuff to someone else. But hey when on rare occasion they do get it right and it's amazing. I've noticed that when I don't tip because they screwed up my orders too many times, I get better service as long as it's not evening and as long as I pay for express service on top of my Walmart Plus membership.

Went in to buy contacts and 1 additional cosmetic item. They had the cosmetic area sectioned off. I asked if I could pay for the additional item at the vision center. The cashier said no. I feel like they treat everyone like thieves. How about being nice to honest, loyal customers. We don't want to wait in 2 different lines to pay for 2 total items in the SAME store. Also, side note, the manager is an ass. He needs some lessons in how to treat customers with respect. He could at least pretend to care us.

I needed to make a money transfer but your Money Services decided to close early and I was unable to transfer funds. It stinks to drive 25 minutes to a Walmart, walk in early before the posted closing time, and have an associate repeatedly say "closed, closed, we're closed." I ask what time they close and they reply "8p." I point out that it's not 8p and the associate says "I'm trying to get out of here by 8." Bad service, bad management, very inconvenient for customers. Now I have to drive 25 minutes back home and repeat the trip the next day.

I wish I could give them negative 5 because I ordered a cake for my grandma. I even spoke with someone and they said cake would be there. Then the actual store never answered the phone so I reached out to Walmart customer service. They told me someone picked up my cake 4 days ago. The cake I paid for and now I don't have a cake. Refunded my money and gave me a $10 of $15 code but, I don't have a cake. I will not be going to this Walmart again. I suggest you go to the Walmarts on Colerain Avenue instead.

I love Walmart. This one is the closest to me, not my favorite. Today the gentleman at the door set the whole shopping experience for everyone who entered the store. When I was coming in he said, come on it, welcome. His personality set the store experience. Not just for me but I watched everyone else. Please recognize this person. Your sales and shoppers experience improved today due to him. Thank you sir for making my day. I couldn't let you go unrecognized.

Worst Walmart of all! The parking lot is filthy, the workers are unfriendly (the "greeter" doesn't do much greeting. They are usually chitchatting with another employee or on their phone). I only go in here when there are no other options. Everyone acts like they would rather be somewhere else! CLEAN UP THE STORE AND PARKING LOT AND RETRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES!! I have been in numerous stores and this one by far is the worst!!

I was pleasantly surprised by this Walmart. It's organization is awful, but it is a very large and well-supplied store and the staff all seemed nice. Definitely recommend this store over the one in Ft Wright.

I order groceries for my elderly mom and stepfather. On 7/28 "Gabrial" (Doordash) did not call or text before delivering the order to her house. She called me right away and told me someone else's food was on her porch. I called Walmart. The phone rang a long time before got an answer. I told the employee what happened. He said to give away, donate or use the items that were delivered. They were unable to exchange them due to covid. I would not be billed for them. He took down the order number. I order the same items to be delivered 7/30. That order was correctly delivered. I was billed for both orders! I tried again to call Walmart but could not get through. I disputed with my credit card company. Some dishonest employee at Walmart lied and told the credit card company that the order was delivered and in good condition (?!) so the credit card company rebilled me the disputed amount! My mother is now sending them a letter. This is a lot of work and aggravation. The Walmart employee who lied on the credit card dispute (They didn't even have to sign it!) needs to be fired. I have tried reaching to higher Walmart employees. They said they are not going to correct it because I got the credit card company involved. As soon as they credit the $93. in groceries I am cancelling the credit card also. This Walmart is in Western Hills in Cincinnati Ohio.

I came to this Walmart to replace my Car battery. Everyone was so kind, my wait was very short and overall I was pleased with the outcome. Def would recommend!
