I became unemployed because of COVID and ended up losing my health insurance. I researched and found out WalMart has the best out of pocket prices on meds, and accepts all of the rebate programs. So I transferred my scrips to my local WalMart pharmacy. I quickly noticed how nice and friendly they were. Fast forward nearly a year and I moved. I had to find a new pharmacy and I wanted to keep WalMart because I was very impressed by them. The Ferguson Road location was closest so I had my scrips transferred to them. They’re even better than the previous one I had! Good customer service, and patient & understanding! 10/10!

No doubt this is the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. When I went on Medicare I was told the best plan I could go on was Humana Walmart. I have 4 scripts and they have never been able to fill them properly for over a year. The 1 script is for Labetalol and they never have it in stock, they tell me it's on backorder and Dave the pharmacist says he has no control over that, which I believe. The big beef is why can't they get it from another Walmart or Sam's club. They have been without it for 2 months, how can you help your customers by running a business this way. They gave me a $25 gift card one time and said when the new manager "Dave" gets there it will be better. NOT. I just transferred all my scripts to Sam"s Club.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. We have been forced to use this pharmacy due to a family members insurance. We have the same 4 script filled every month. Over the past year, there has not been a time when we have not had an issue (including again today). We ALWAYS have to wait because they didn't fill something. We sit on their bench and wait, in front of the counter, for everything to be fixed. Do you think they see us and tell us when they finish their screw up?? No, I ALWAYS have to go back up and give all information, because the tech who just dealt with us can't remember that we were sitting directly in front of them. Absolutely horrible.

the whole store has gone downhill, the employees don`t really care, as long as they are there and getting paid. they have close to 20 registers and only 2 are open, 4-5 if it gets really busy. the employees rather talk to each other and hangout rather than help customers.
