The person answer phone refuse to schedule appointments because they were the only one there, my question why answer phone that's rude and annoying.

I used to go there all the time before my doctor left. Went today to order glasses but they're closed (Google said open till 5pm). Picture attached. No complaints: they're helpful, efficient and don't try to upsell you.

They were professional! Fast! The doctor was amazing. This is and has always been my favorite place to go for glasses
